I am so happy after all the phone calls I made everywhere trying to get in such a short notice regarding a broken tooth. Sarah went above and beyond to help me schedule an appointment with Dr. Antolin. The Dr was able to get my tooth fixed!.The whole team were amazing and friendly to be able to talk to them. This office gave me bad information about my insurance coverage. I specifically asked them if a procedure was covered and they said yes. Now they are trying to force me to pay for their mistake. Beware!

Excellent experience with amazing results and truly wonderful staff all around! From the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted and the staff make you feel welcome and even calm the nerves. I am always so nervous when visiting dentists and the staff take the time to also explain what you are in for. I went in for a teeth whitening, something I have been so nervous about and Dr. Rhea Antolin is so calming and reassuring about the process. I could not believe how white my teeth were after one session so I decided to come back for another. Long story short. I’m travel through Texas had an infection in my molar and the pain was all the way up to my ear. The team did an extraction and cleaned it all out in no time at all. Pain free and back on the road. Staff was very specific with instructions for my after care. Dr. Rhea is the best!!! I hate the dentist and hate my teeth being touched but Dr. Rhea and her assistants make the experience better. they are very gentle and kind. Also very understanding. They answered all of my questions and concerns with no issue. The atmosphere is nice and clean and they have the nicest equipment i’ve ever seen compared to any other dental office. I am so grateful for Dr. Antolin and Garden Valley Dental! I have two little ones, ages 2 & 4. They both have typically not done well with medical appointments of any kind (vaccinations were somewhat traumatic.) Anyway, after many various nerve racking appointments, I started dreading trips to the doctor as much as my girls did. Well, now the one exception to that is going to the dentist! They get to choose their favorite Netflix shows while getting their teeth cleaned, which really helps. Dr. Antolin’s staff are also as friendly and accommodating as she is conscientious. If you have kids that dread the dentist, this is your place!

On 2/17/2020, I received treatment at Garden Family Dentistry. The Dentist Dr. Rhea Theresa C. Antolin put on two permanent crowns and a filling. The PERMANENT crown fell off after about 15 minutes, I was already home when this happened and I called and went back, she put it back on. She asked if I ate or drank anything, umm of course not I was completely numb still, it should not have fallen off like that. When she put it back on she told me to bite down on a piece of cotton for 20 minutes, that is NOT normal. The right crown bite was off and I told her that and she did nothing and said it should feel normal in time. After this, I was worried about the quality of treatment I was receiving. I also noticed a large hole, where Dr. Antolin did the filling, this was not normal and it was more sensitive than when I came in originally. I made an appointment with another Dentist and he took x-rays and discovered the crown on the left was not placed correctly, the x-ray showed the crown had a ledge in the front and back, which would ultimately cause cavities and could ultimately keep falling off because it is not placed correctly. Along with this issue, the cavity that Dr. Antolin filled had a large hole in the top, a very large hole. The treatment I had to get from my new dentist was filling the cavity that was already supposed to be filled by Dr. Antolin and he adjusted the right crown because my bite was completely off. Because of the work that Dr. Antolin did, I had to get the left crown re-done and receive a whole new crown on the cavity that she was suppose to fill correctly because she took so much of my original tooth off that now I cannot even eat without being in pain. I paid A LOT of money for Dr. Antolin to completely botch my teeth, only to have received a very small refund back (only because I showed her the x-rays the new dentist did and she had absolutely no excuse as to why she botched my teeth) and I had to pay more money to a new dentist to fix her mis

I really can't say enough about Garden Valley Dental office and specially Dr. Antolin. They are truly the best. It was initially recommended by a friend of mine, and now I recommend them to everybody. Very high quality dental care. Excellent service !!! The complete staff is very friendly and professional. I always get a reminder before each appointment and the front desk team works very hard to accommodate my busy schedule. I started going to Garden Valley after stopping by for a second opinion concering several implants I was planning to have done. I am so happy I got the second opinion!! Dr. Antolin has saved me thousands of dollars by not doing some unnecessary work that was recommended by another dental office. I am very pleased with my implants and crowns. I love the personal care that Dr. Antolin provides. I am not a fan of pain - she always makes sure I am comfortable, she takes the time to explain to procedure and dental plan to me and more importantly I get to provide my input. I have been so pleased with the service that I have planned additional dental care that will not only give me more confidence in my smile but the comfort of knowing I have the best dental health and hygiene. As a side note the decor and environment is awesome. And during current this time of health concerns - all dental tools and equipment are from newly opened packaging.
