Best doctors and the most amazing customer service ever. They always take care of you and make sure your happy and feeling ok during procedures!! I highly recommend and refuse to go to another doctor for any dental work after some bad experiences at my previous dentistry.

I’ve been a patient here for MANY years, but only for routine cleanings a few times a year. I was experiencing some horrible pain in a couple of my teeth and I was able to get an appointment with a doctor fairly quickly. I was reluctant ro go and I almost canceled on the day of the appointment. I thought that the reason for the pain probably would not be discovered, and it would be a waste of time. (That had been my experience with other doctors. Not here.) It turns out, Dr. Taylor gave me several possible causes for the pain and offered multiple options on how to treat it. She spoke to me in a way that made sense and the explanation of how to finance any of those options was available. The time and care that I received from the moment I got there to the moment I left was extraordinary. But I know it was just another day at Ballard Family Dentistry…they are always this good! They are all about the patient and that is what has kept me coming back through the years.

Without going into all the gory details, not flossing got me into a whole lot of trouble and Ballard Family made sure I came out clean. Everyone on the staff were exceptional and made sure that all my needs were met, from the dental care to making sure I had a blanket behind my head for full comfort. BFD has been my family's destination for years and we will continue to go as long we remain in Saginaw.

My husband and I are new to Texas, we went to the Springtown location for a check up and cleaning. Cambree, Vanessa, dentist, and staff were all very nice and welcoming! The office is very nice and clean, we even got a gift pack to take home!!

Tina is seriously the best! I don’t know what I would do without her. She is wonderful at her job and I always leave feeling better than I did when I got there. Hands down my favorite gal ❤️

This is an honest dentist office who does not over diagnose and who takes the time to explain every detail of treatment and answer questions. Dr. Taylor has my complete trust due to her bedside manner and dedication to her patients. I am so glad I went here for a second opinion after an unpleasant experience. My family and I are very appreciative of this office!

This posting is in praise of Dr. Scott Ballard and the staff including the receptionists, financial folks, dental assistants, . . . everyone. All have always made me feel that how I felt was important. This week the roads are unsafe to drive; so, to protect the staff as well as clients, the office is closed. Notifications were texted/emailed in advance so, hopefully, no one tried to arrive on time. They made provisions for people to contact them if they had a dental emergency. I know Dr. Scott does promptly return after hour calls to his cell phone (yes, he gives his cell phone number to his patients) because he has responded at least twice in the past. Those calls back were at night and on the weekend. He called me to talk with me -----personally --- about my concerns. When important, I was fit into the schedule so my concern could be checked out. Those calls to address my concerns are still very much appreciated. When something is amiss in my mouth, I get an immediate discussion of the various options: the urgency; the possible scenarios if nothing is done immediately, or if I wait; weighing of the financial as well as health issues; etc. Dr. Scott warns me of worst case scenarios, but we all hope that my aged teeth can handle the needed work. This way I can make decisions ahead of time about the what-if scenarios in terms of outcomes, the financial issues and seeing of oral surgeons, if necessary. My only concern has to do with infection control related to mask wearing and handling given all the opportunistic respiratory diseases that could be transferred from person to person in a dental practice. While Ballard Dental is much better than many places with regard to their infection control practices, I know with a little effort that it can become the gold standard. There is close contact for prolonged periods with faces and inhaled and exhaled air (and lots of droplets from the mouths of many people) that could exchange germs in tight hallways and examining ro

1st Appt, Re: Dentures.. Saw Dr. Patel & staff- They were AWESOME! Answered ALL my questions & concerns, and went over various denture options. The office staff called later, to go over the financial information, after checking my insurance (& because I had to run, for another Appt elsewhere). SO FAR, SO GOOD!!!

I have been going to Ballard for years! I have seen Dr. Dave and Dr. Scott I love the care that I receive! I took a hiatus from dental during Covid and went back and no judgement and let’s get back to work! I was worried because I knew I needed work they are helping me with insurance and Dr. Dave is amazing! Dr. Scott was walking by and checked in as well. You can tell it is a good place to work! Kodi was my hygienist and was awesome and I could joke with her (when instruments were not in my mouth lol) and she bantered back and forth! Love this place very professional and you can tell they care from the time you walk in until you leave. Love this place! I highly recommend!

This Dental Practice is very good with their professionalism and staff/patient relationships. Communication is top-notch and all staff take time to answer questions or address issues if needed. I highly recommend this practice and suggest anyone looking for great dental care to at least give them a try.

I have never had a love of dentist visits. Too much time spent in waiting rooms with an anxious fidgety child. Ballard Family Dentistry has turned that dislike around. They are always on time for our appointments, the staff are brilliant with my daughter, and it is a painless, friendly experience that makes this Momma happy. Thank you Ballard for making my daughter's experience with dentists a positive one.

The Ballard team of professionals genuinely reflect the phrase, “patients are priority.” Upon entering the facility, I was warmly greeted by the front desk clerks who also provided me a water bottle (thank you!). Shortly after, I was called back and introduced to Dr. Gustavo who was very transparent on any work needing to take place. He and his team of colleagues were very transparent with me about everything - from dental to financial - and were able to accommodate their schedules with my busy work schedule. Thank you to the entire team for the positive experience. I look forward to making Ballard Family Dentistry my new dental home.

Will never go back. I went for a basic cleaning (I’ve never had a cavity in my 32 years of life) and all they did was try to sell me on extra things, like fluoride, a cancer screening (I don’t smoke or have a family history of cancer) and so many others after I declined all the other offers. If I say I just want a cleaning, I expect my dentist to respect that. Additionally waiting 6+ months for an appointment is crazy. I wish I knew what my schedule was going to look like in 6 months haha

The staff is very friendly and cares about you. I really like this facility! A lot of other people do as well because they are very busy!

I have lived in Saginaw for over 40 years. I have used Ballard dentists for the last 8 years. I am overwhelmed with greatness that I found a dentist with a GREAT staff that takes my feelings and pocket book into account when it comes to my teeth health. Scott Ballard is normally the dentist I see, but the last 2 times I have been in I have seen Doc Taylor. She is awesome and her assistant Kerstin are out of this world. I am so glad to be in GREAT hands with Doc Taylor. Love the environment and people working here. Keep up the great work.
