Got in quick, seen right away, dentist and I made a plan of action. Very clean, professional and easy to find. overall experience is 5 stars

The receptionist was very sweet and welcoming. The process was smooth and very informative. Now waiting to see the actual procedures.

Took 3 days to repair my dentures.

I went to Aspen Dental to get a checkup and found out I needed more help than I thought. So on March 7,2023 went in to have my extractions done and today March 8,2023 I'm a little sore but no longer do I have that awful pain and broken molars.

Made appointment for painful tooth. Dr. Johnson said it could be gum infection, possibly root canal or extraction. Said he ordered an antibiotic and referred me to a specialist. Pharmacy gave me the perscription he sent - Ibuprofen NOT ANITBIOTIC. Appointment three days later was cancelled because of equipment failure. I am totally underwhelmed with the whole operation and would recomend you find a different dentist

Worst place you can go to. They tried to charge my aunt $9,000 for a set of dentures. We went somewhere else and got them for $500 with her insurance. Don’t get conned… stay far away from any Aspen dental!!!

Very good dentist !! Love the gum care specialist too! They have saved my teeth that I thought had no chance . Very happy with my smile. Also the deep cleaning wasn’t even painful!! I was super surprised with how quick and gentle she was

Had an appointment at 8:45am with Dr.Johnson. I received a txt message saying to please arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived at the office at 8:20am I was taken back at 8:50. I didn’t even get to see the dr because at 9:30 I had to leave. Due to trying to get my kids to the dr l. I was informed that they run an hour behind. But they don’t tell anyone that. Instead they treat you like you wrong. You call to make a different appointment to get the dental work done you need and the earliest appointment is magically a month out. But they say they do everything they can to help you. Ya I don’t believe this any more than I can pull my own tooth out.

Dr Johnson & Marisa took great care of me during my procedure. I will definitely go back to Aspen Dental for more dental work.

Terrible experience, not only as a former patient but also was an employee. Now I work with OSHA and have realized the amount of hazards and lack of professionalism in addition to cleaning/replacing instruments and protective gear. GROSS. I did contact corporate about this way back, clearly it’s still an issue considering the amount of complaints. Not to mention iv watched employees delete reviews they didn’t like or named them-seems like that’s been stopped though. Perhaps some things are changed, but this place wasn’t worth the brain ache as a pt or employee.

got there 15 minutes early for my 8:30am appt, waited over an hour to be seen while my dentist was doing another patient’s procedure. lack of bedside manners and compassion when i’ve . at around 9:45 a technician asked if i had anywhere to be, um yes. that’s why i scheduled my appt for over an hour ago. i ended up needing to leave early without being seen, they didn’t seem to care. won’t be returning.

Would have been 5 stars but they forgot to send my prescription to pharmacy and I had to call the emergency line to get it. Other than that great service.
