Dove Dental

Made me wait an unfathomably long time for a general cleaning. I had an appointment time set, but I guess that means nothing to these people. Aside from that, Lindsey I believe her name was, is the most incompetent person I have ever encountered in my life. Dr himself was a genuine guy and did no wrong. But man, I couldn’t leave sooner after dealing with Lindsey. It’s Unfortunate for Dr., but I will not be going back after how I was dealt with in there.

Had a root canal done. I was very nervous but the staff and doctor did a great job calming my nerves. I was very impressed by my service and how well and quickly it went. This is my first trip to the dentist here in San Angelo, and I will be a patient for life. Thank you to all who assisted me today.

I can't say enough about the Wonderful staff, I'm always hesitant going to new offices as a military spouse, but everyone was friendly and comforting. No one tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Any concerns I had were addressed by the Doctor. My cleaning and filling appointments went well from start to finish.

Not really helpful and also very rude women, they are thieves that took my money then canceled. they never explained how I can get a refund that I paid out of my pocket, never received any phone call from your office, it feels like y'all just scammed me. Don't trust this dental office.

Love this office Dr. Ghuman is amazing he makes you feel very comfortable, receptionist (Lindsey) is wonderful haven't been there in six months and she remembers everything about you just a warm and comfortable feeling great job everyone!

This was the biggest waste of my time and uncomfortable experience. Go in with a game plan to have a dentist help you with the issue all for him to tell you that what you want done isn’t what he is going to do. Sat in there for 45 minutes for nothing but they still billed my insurance. Will not be going back

Caring staff and Dr that tells u what he's fixing to do before he does it. Best dentist in San Angelo hands down!!

Details on my own experience. I'm not even going to speak about the treatments. As soon as I walk in 8 a clock sharp the woman at the front desk didn't smile didn't say hello .. or anything she looked very upset. I had both my daughter's go in at the same time. I could be next to my oldest daughter while she got x-rays done. While my other daughter nurse said I had to be like 6 feet back ... So right off the back I was confused. So I stood in the middle in front of a sink. Another thing that did it for me was that some other worker that was there she dress apart from everyone else.. not sure who she was but her cleavage was very muched exposed and it made me uncomfortable.. tried to leave but my second daughter wasn't done yet... Wasn't really comfortable, but my babies needed to be seen. I'm not tryna bring down anyone but this was my experience. .... I guess u just got to see for yourself.

Great experience! The office staff were great. The hygienists are very kind and I appreciate that they explain exactly what they're doing before and during their work so that I knew what to expect. The doctor is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions you have. Looking forward to coming back in six months.😊 Update 4/14/22: I've now been to Dove Dental three times and can confidently say that this office is the best. Everyone there puts me right at ease. The staff and hygienists are very kind and thorough. Dr. Ghuman has a great bedside manner. It's clear that all of them care a great deal about their patients, and they all do great work. 🦷

This place was amazing from the beginning. I had just had a not so good experience somewhere else so I changed to Dove Dental and it was the best decision. They kept me updated and sent reminders and explained everything . Everyone there was so nice and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Dove Dental.

Went in for an exam and cleaning. The dental hygienist was absolutely amazing. Most thorough cleaning I've had in a long time. Staff was helpful and polite. Will take the whole family

I recently needed some dental work and I visited Dove Dental from the first visit the staff was warm and caring. I had a tooth that needed to be extracted Stephanie was assisting the dentist and from the time I went into the room she was very caring and attentive even asking me multiple times if I was OK during my procedure thank you Stephanie. Semper Fi keep up the good work.

From the front desk staff to the dentist, everyone was fantastic! Staff were so accommodating and just very kind for someone with dental anxiety! Thank you Dove Dental for being so Awesome!!

Waste of money and waste of time to be referred to a different dentist.

Went to this place with high hopes but after the procedures I can tell that they only care about money. They did a terrible job on my teeth work & fillings. The main doctor rushes through his work and does not care about his patients at all. Will not be going again and condone others not to either.

Super nice people, non-judge mental, and very considerate of one’s feelings. As well as doing really good at their job in what they do. The place is very bubbly and welcoming right when you walk in, highly recommend visiting here.

Worst experience ever!!! Got an exam and never told me really what was going with my teeth..refered me to another dentist which is not in my insurance network. Months later (only because they are covered by my insurance ) i need to be seen for a slight tooth ache..still refused to see me..again sent me to the same referral..I contacted my insurance and they cannot deny me to be seen because Dove signed a contract with them..my insurance will further investigate..they are not to happy with the situation.If Dove cannot simply fill a cavity or do an exam or cleaning..they should NOT be in business!!!

I just called to make an appointment for my husband and the young lady I spoke with is why I’m giving it 5 stars. She was so sweet & patient and honestly she has great customer service skills. I know this place is great if she works here.

I was nervous at first because I've had bad experiences at other places but I have no need to be nervous about future visits to this office. Both the dentist and the hygienist are very nice and professional. I had a crown replaced and a deep cleaning and while no one has a lot of fun at the dentist, I can honestly say it was one of the more painless experiences that I've had. This dentist knows his stuff! Highly recommend! The office is also very clean and the staff is super friendly. You should go.
