Reel Family Dentistry

Won't be coming back. Don't waste your time. Okay dentistry riddled with random appointment and rescheduling fees. No one should have to pay a $25 cancelation fee when calling 48hrs in advance, I've actually never heard of something so ridiculous. Almost positive we were being discriminated against, so I would strongly say if you're a part of the lgbtq community not to come here.

Justina is amazing. She was kind and talked me through everything. So happy I found them. If anyone is leaving ugly reviews, they are lying. There is no way any are true.

I was with the woman dentist. Multiple appointments and she never said hi, or bye. The last time I saw her she gave me an incredible amount of attitude after having her tighten my retainer and I told her it wasn’t sitting on my teeth (I get my teeth would shift, but the retainer was lopsided on one side). She told me “no”, not even an explanation as to why. She then proceeded to tell me to see another dentist for my permanent retainer. It was extremely frustrating considering the back and forth appointments and her canceling on me the day before one. So she left a bitter taste in my mouth. Of course I would love to complain to the head of the business, but it’s a family business so…

I had a deep cleaning today, the Reel family were very professional and kind. The Oral hygienist “Jessica” did a very thorough job! The office was clean with a friendly environment. I highly recommend Reel Family Dentistry.

My hygienist was wonderful! I had what they said was a small cavity in the back they called the "buckle" I ended up with a huge brush on my face for 2 weeks. I give 5 starts for the hygienist!

Dr. Harold Reel and his assistant were amazing! Second time I was in a dentist office since I was a child, I was very nervous. They both calmed me down by talking to me and making me feel comfortable. Thank you all for being so kind!

Wonderful staff. I don't think Dr reel likes to work on anybody's teeth that much anymore. But he's a great Dentist.

Karah was excellent! She is so very nice and has a very gentle touch. My teeth have never felt cleaner! I would HIGHLY recommend this facility for your dental needs. The front desk was pleasant and got me in right on time with no waiting. Dr. Reel was sweet and attentive to my concerns. They have a garden-like setting for you to enjoy.

After they text me to confirm my appointment date and time and i have to get my mom to take my son because I'm at work. They send my mom and my son home saying the appointment was a different day. What a freakin joke they are. I'll be glad once i pay off .my son's braces and i don't have to go back. Changing my appointment date without notifying me is unprofessional and inconsiderate. Don't come here if you have other options.

My husband had an extraction while his tooth was abscessed , no other dentist would have done that, by the next day his face was completely swollen, they said it was probably dry socket. That evening we went to the ER where he was immediately admitted for a severe infection, he was hospitalized for almost 2 weeks. The Reels gave him no antibiotics, no pain killers and in no way remedy their malpractice, I urge you do not go here, it’s unsafe and they do not care about their patients well being... there are much better dentists in town.

Wonderful experience!! Painless root canal. Completely, painless. I highly recommend these folks!

We established care at this office a couple of years ago. My husband, three daughters and I are all seen here. We've had cleanings, fillings, and my two oldest daughters are receiving orthodontic care at this facility. I couldn't be happier with the services provided! The ONLY hangup is that sometimes there aren't always appointments available - but they're a busy clinic which says a lot about them!

The only reason I'm giving this place a star is so I can write a review! Dr. Chad is the most disgusting POS I've ever met in this profession ! Im surprised he is still in business due to his lack of professionalism . Not only is he rude as hell,his work is done very poorly! Good thing I learned early on so I can take my business elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money with this trash !

Dr. Justina Reel was amazing! She not only was very gentle with my teeth and the one she pulled out but she agreed to see me when no one in San Angelo would being that I have a heart condition!! I high recommend her she really seems to care about you and does her best to make you feel very comfortable. Also the ladies in the front have been very nice and helpful!! Will be using this office as my regular dental office!

Beware this place for they intentionally and carelessly squirted so much fluoride in my mouth that I had problems for years. Fluoride has been classified as a neurotoxin by the Harvard medical journal and can cause fluorosis and organ failure if over used and is difficult to secrete by the endocrine system, yet they still administered it in dangerous levels. I suffered kidney failure...

After waiting for over an hour the dentist said to one of his staff outside my room “ Why don’t you just tell her to go home and brush her teeth”
