Everyone at this office is professional and very friendly. Kat is my dental hygienist and she’s great! I’ve recommended them to several coworkers and they all have had a good experience!

Nothing but good things to say about the Staff and Services at Advanced Dental. Treatment procedures and pricing explained clearly in advance. They sell a third party insured treatment plan that actually pays for itself if you need more then routine cleanings. Everyone I've spoken to has been open, friendly, and happy to help.They're also very good about reminding/confirming upcoming scheduled appointments. Always helpful in our hectic lives.

I had to have a tooth extraction and a bridge. Staff was awesome and explained everything to me. Dr. V, Annalissia, Ashley and Melinda were awesome! I’ve been going to this Dentist for over 20 years and I would highly recommend them.

Its a beautiful facility and a friendly, competent & professional staff. They seem to have the latest equipment as well. Been a patient here for years and maintain quarterly visits for routine exams and cleanings. My hygienist, Nancy is not only my dental health provider, but a dear friend, and the dentists provide evaluations and treatments as needed.

Advanced Dental really know what it means when it comes to providing excellent customer service. Adrienne my Hygienist did an awesome job. Her co workers went above and beyond for me once again. This is truly a World Class Organization. Kuddos to Dr. Edward’s and the entire staff.

A dental business manager is the reflection of how the business is run by the employees, and themselves ,it is their job to oversee complaints and figure out why the same complaints keep reoccurring among other patients . If this individual does not do their job the employees fail (make mistakes)and makes the business lose patients. If that person ran the front office for 10 plus years then is now the business manager this person is the common denominator of the practices complaints ,and bad service ,which includes wrong and mislead scheduling of services , and making patients think they were wrong when all along it was this individual covering their job because their duties were not carried out professionally. It will also make the practice look bad as well. Dentists overlook this and assume the office is being run professionally but it’s because that person has every excuse for every complaint by patients or mistakes made within the office. If the business manager that’s been there many years and worked their way up they will lie to coverup all complaints at the expense of faithful truthful patients. I hope the dentists of this practice will read this along with the other reviews and see many are very much similar. If the office manager once front desk person for many years isn’t doing their job then nobody is, and maybe the dentists in the office need to make a change for the better of their practice. For the record a business manager should never assume or tell an unsatisfied patient that their liars when telling the truth of a mistake your office made. This is Truly unprofessional ,and poor communication skills. Keep in mind this will be reported to the dental association in reference to unethical conduct in not appointing patients accordingly to in house insurance only to benefit your practices income,all due to the lack of knowledge of an incompetent falsifier business manager. Today was my first time there and everyone I encountered was super sweet. Very knowledgeable. I’m terrified of the dentist but I felt very welcomed and comforted here.

Went in with tooth pain and was told I needed a root canal. DR. Long and staff are the utmost professionals and took awesome care of me. I highly recommend this office and hope you do too. Nancy, the hygienist, was awesome and made me feel so comfortable. Awesome team!!
