Great services, gentle and very clean dentist office. My impression was the welcoming environment, music and staff greeting. Very professional and very advanced with the machines and process. New camera and x-ray system. The dentist assistant was great and friendly. They were very getting to you better and care about their health and teeth well being. I learnt today about my teeth and how to clean them properly to prevent any major issue that cause me money in the future. I am pleased with my first visit. It was painless for a routine checkup and complete teeth oral cleaning. Highly recommended for any dentist help and teeth cleaning. 👍

I had THE WORST experience with this woman, just over a year ago and I am still suffering (and paying) for her mistakes! She did not explain what she would be doing. The crowns (3) that she made did not fit , where a really brown/yellow color (she wanted to charge me $700 to whiten my teeth before making them, even with all of the extensive work I was having done!) all have come off. When I was freaked out that one of my front crowns fell off, she told me "you shouldn't be so upset, some people have cancer! Things could be worse!" and that I should be cutting or tearing all of my food up and putting it in the back of my mouth to eat (I was eating a cheese sandwich when it fell off). The one toward the back of my mouth has had to be replaced as there was a hole through the middle! She would blame me for grinding my teeth, and insisted on me getting a retainer made- which I did, but after 3 or 4 tries (and time off work to go to MORE appointments) they coudn't make one that fit correctly.... one thing after another. Now I am at a different dentist, and my insurance won't pay him to put in new crowns because they're supposed to last at least 7 years! What a nightmare. RUN away from Dr. Tam!

Dr. TAM and Staff provide exceptional service! They Genuinely care for your well being and dental care. They do their best to help out people in all sorts of financial situations. If you don't have insurance, that's not a problem, they will provide with the best deal in town I guarantee it and they will work with you to the best of their abilities and will provide you with top quality Dental Care. This place is more then just a dentist office, I consider them Family!

I came here after not seeing a dentist in a long time, and the hygienist was very gentle while doing my deep cleaning. I was a cash patient, and staff informed me of what additional services would cost before going ahead with them, and I was given a discount. Each employee I saw introduced herself by name when she came in.
