Do not go there!!!!!! They’ll misdiagnose, lie, talk about you in front of other customers, overcharge you! It’s the worst place ever, I hope everyone sees this review before going there. Please beware

You guys are amazing.. the level of comfort I feel when sitting in your chair is unmatched.. and the work I’ve gotten done so far is up to par.. I would recommend anyone to go here

This office goes above and beyond! The staff everywhere from the administrative to dental ensures that the patients have a wonderful experience! They are wonderful with my 5 year old daughter to the point that she is excited to go to the dentist! I most appreciate their responsiveness when dealing with insurance and pediatric referrals. My family will continue using this practice!

Despite a bad winter storm the day of my appointment, I was still able to go into the office and have an awesome experience. A lot of people were calling in, but the people at the desk were never anything but kind and super helpful. The staff overall were just amazing. Everything was super clean and comfortable, and the machines seemed so up-to-date it was almost like sci-fi, haha. They were understaffed because of icy road conditions, so Dr. Taj took care of my cleaning himself. He has an impeccable bedside manner and took the time to explain everything on my xrays in a way that made sense, and really showed his passion for taking care of his patients. I could not recommend this place enough. Can't wait to go back!

Professional and caring.

Had to get my wisdom teeth extracted. Everyone from the reception desk and throughout the office to the oral surgeon were very welcoming. They were all very thorough with the information I needed and made sure I was very well taken care of. They really made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend going to this office.

Great experience, the front office is amazing and they went the extra mile to make sure I had a good client experience. Jolyn is fantastic. I enjoyed the dentist and he was very friendly.

Taj and team are great. All were intensely concerned with my “patient” comfort during treatment. REVISION (visited again after 3 year absence) pleasantly surprised that Taj and team have maintained their high level of service. Strongly Recommend

Go see Dr. Dossett! He is very kind and personable and expresses a genuine interest in your overall dental health. He answered all my questions and proposed a treatment plan I could understand. His Dental assistant Ashley was friendly and very knowledgeable. Jolynn the benefits coordinator was super helpful in explaining my benefits. Last but not least, Michelle the dental hygienist, oh my goodness! I enjoyed my cleaning with her. She made it so fun and comfortable giving me tips for great oral health. Thank you guys very much!

I had an appointment today, October 4, 2022 at 2:30 pm. I arrived 2:25 and checked in. It was 3:05 pm and I was still waiting at reception area! And I told the receptionist that I was leaving because they had no idea when they would take me in! Go figure! What a disrespectful place and service!

Everyone was awesome! I'm recommending my wife to them , so that says alot!

They 👏🏼 Are 👏🏼 So 👏🏼 Good.👏🏼 They have the best staff at the front desk that I’ve ever seen and they’re so great at communicating what you need, why, and how much it will cost. The dental assistants are also fantastic and make it all a much better experience. I hate going to the dentist but I’m glad they were the team I worked with. 🙌🏼

This is the best dental experience I've ever had. I have major anxiety so i did some research to find a dentist who is great at putting me at ease. This place made me feel so comfortable and walked me through all the steps they were about to take. I had a deep cleaning and two crowns. Dr Ibrik and Ashley were the ones who worked on my crowns and they worked great as a team in communication and professionalism. Everything worked out great with my work and it was fast. I'm so glad I finally found a place I will stick with from here on out. I will not be so anxious anymore with this team!

Came in to fix a broken filling today and had the best experience I’ve had at a dentist office. Mrs. Melendez in the front is the sweetest woman ever. Her and jolynn were very friendly and sparked conversation while I checked in. Wasn’t waiting very long even though I came in a bit earlier than my appointment. Ashley took care of my x-rays and was great. Her and Dr Ibrik promptly explained to me what caused my filling to break, the shape my teeth were in, and what needed to be done. The procedure itself was awesome. I’ve never had a filling done so quickly and painlessly. Dr Ibrik Was very mindful of my comfort and regularly checked in to see how I was feeling. My tooth looks and feels great, and I was in and out of there in a little over an hour. Every other trip I’ve taken to a dentist has taken at least 2+ hours. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about what they do. Will be coming back for everything dental! 10/10 recommend.

I would 100% recommend. They made me feel comfortable being there & letting me know every step that would be done. I had always been nervous & anxious when it came to the dentist. But everyone from the moment you walk in are welcoming. I was truly blessed & grateful to be apart of thier serve day!

Taj ibrik is extremely professional..educates you and gives you the best positive feedback no matter the circumstances of your teeth health..love this place!!

I believe Dr. Taj Ibrik, owner of Dentists of Stone Oak, may be the best dentist/oral surgeon in San Antonio. Not only is his skill impeccable but when you leave his office you don't just feel like a patient but part of a family. Incredible experience.

I’ve been seen by Dr. Ibrik for the last year and a half. (An aside that I will note is that Dr. Ibrik would ask me the same small talk conversations such as what I did for work which never changed over the last 4 times I saw him, which kind of rubbed me the wrong way that he didn’t remember his patients.)Their office used to be very prompt and accurate but I’ve definitely seen a decline. In my most recent visit, one of the women let me know on a Thursday that she would try to reach out to an old dentist of mine for information that day or the following. I called my old dentist the next Wednesday and they had not reached out yet. Then, I confirmed that I did not want an additional service before an appointment and then twice at check-in but was still charged the $162 for it and the dental assistant had to get it taken off. I had gone in for a crown that Dr. Ibrik neglected to tell me would take two visits. We previously discussed what the procedure would require, but not that it was split into two appointments across a week and a half. I went in for the first appointment only to be confused as to why I would come back in and explained I would be out of town for vacation for the next 1.5-2 weeks. It clearly frustrated Dr. Ibrik when I told him I didn’t know it was a two visit procedure. He said accusingly, “Well, how did you think this would go if you don’t mind me asking?!” I responded, “I don’t know. I’m not a dentist.” And he scoffed a little while responding, “I’m aware of that.” We decided to push the appointment back to when I would be in town. However, after leaving I realized I didn’t want that type of service and decided to find a new provider. It’s a shame because I really enjoyed this dentist office prior to this visit/these events.
