Dr Tibbetts makes me feel Honored to be my dentist. Her Staff and new facilities are great. All of her staff are genuinely concerned about you and go above and beyond in their service as if you were family. I felt special with all the help I received with the new paperless documents she has with the new operation. All new furnishings and the office looks really great. It was quite pleasant during my visit today. I would highly recommend her.

I’m 75 years old and this was the most pleasant appointment with a dentist than I have ever experienced. The staff, from the front desk to the tech to Dr. Adams, was courteous,friendly, and professional. I have every confidence in the plan we agreed upon for my dental care.

Dr. Tibbetts and her staff are incredible. I’ve never had to wait an excessive amount of time. They always take their time with me answer any questions I have as well as just keep a friendly conversation going. I always feel well taken care of.

KLT dentistry has a very nice office makes you feel like your in a five star hotel. Their dental hygienist Becca and dental assistant Allison did great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Adams also had great advice for me as well, I highly recommend going here for any and all of your dentistry needs!

FULL DISCLOSURE: I work for a large dental insurance carrier and speak to providers all day long and have done so for 3+ years. I've always been somewhat phobic when it comes to my dental care. The years of neglect have led to my needing a lot of work done today. Dr. Adam's was just awesome! The entire staff were empathic, gentle, transparent, flexible, honest, incredibly patient and consistently kind. Dr. Adam's and the ENTIRE team at KLT were nothing short of perfect. I called on Thursday 12/15 and they were able to work me in for a crown on the following Wednesday 12/21. This, by the way, was the second to last week of the year. This flexibility and eagerness to meet my needs enabled me to have the work done in 2022 thus using my 2022 benefits rather than 2023. This was incredibly helpful because I need more work done in 2023. The folks @KLT are undoubtedly the best of the best! Their kindness and attention to detail stand out compared to my experience with hundreds of dental providers. My family and I will never go to another anywhere else.

Everyone was super nice and welcoming. Everything that they did was first checked by insurance and gave me very detailed steps of what procedures they would use. They had full transparency and clarification throughout the whole visit. 10/10 recommend!

Generally a good place and would have continued to go but due to some miscommunication I'll be going somewhere else. I was set up for an appointment even though I had told them that I wasn't going to have insurance anymore and I would have to get back with them once I got insurance again. well wouldn't you know it the appointment still got made and I was now responsible for missing an appointment I wasn't made aware of or even confirmed. Their excuse was that they sent me emails and tried calling. So just a heads up for anyone going here to make sure they don't set you up with an appointment without you knowing or you'll be on the hook for a cancellation fee even if you didn't set up an appointment or confirm with them.
