In my opinion, dental hygienist, Samona could have a better chairside manner & be a little bit more gentle in cleaning teeth. I told her that I brush and floss my teeth at least twice a day. I also said that after I drink coffee I always rinse my mouth out with water to reduce stains. However, she mentioned several times how much stain I had on my teeth. She suggested that I brush three times a day and also suggested that I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months. My insurance only covers two teeth cleanings a year. I will not pay out of pocket for a 3rd teeth cleaning appt. I honestly don't think it's necessary for me to get my teeth cleaned every 3 months. I take very good care of my teeth and the comments by Samona made me feel otherwise. It almost seemed as if she expected me to show up with no need for a cleaning! Also, there were several times that the equipment she was using to clean my teeth brushed against my lip & mouth. I wasn't given many breaks (closing my mouth) while she worked on my teeth. My jaw hurt from keeping my mouth open so long. She was a bit rough on using the dental floss on my teeth. I was not given fluoride on my teeth after my cleaning. I'm sure my insurance covers fluoride because my husband's dental hygienist told him so. BTW, Dr Ramirez said my teeth looked great, with no issues. I would've preferred another dental hygienist for my next appt, but my husband had already made the appt before I was finished with mine.

Had such an amazing experience! I needed to come in for an emergency and they fit me in easily. It was a quick process and they were just the most enjoyable dentist I’ve ever been around!

Im very happy with them, the kids dentist Dr Casey were awesome and kids actually had great experiences. Dr Ramirez is very experienced with teeth and tractors lol. Michelle did a great job cleaning my teeth even I hadn't gone to dentist nor cleaning for nearly 5 years. For years I was so scare to see any dentist after one dentist right next to our house, she broke my tooth 10 years ago and non stop calling me for more treatments and money, after all I couldn't find a dentist that im happy with or trust them. But I feel I can trust them here. I don't mind drive an hour to here for my dental health. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Thanks to my dear friend Beverly referred us here! ❤️

Dr Casey is the absolute best dentist we’ve ever had for our children. After several failed dental visits for our special needs son we finally found her. She was genuinely very concerned about him and did a great job with his dental work. We love her so much that even after a move we will be driving hours to continue treatment with her. She also has an emergency line and responded to me immediately. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!

Normally I have a great experience here, however my last visit was a nightmare. I had a different hygienist this time named Amanda and she was absolutely brutal. My gums bled for 2 days, I could only eat soft foods and could not drink hot or cold beverages. Someone needs to teach that woman how to do her job without hurting people

This was a 2nd Opinion visit with a Periodontist. I left with in-depth knowledge of my condition and going forward will continue with this practice. Highly recommend!
