It is always hard to make a change when you move but I got my teeth cleaned and Dr Pham took the time to hear my concerns. Worse place to go . I went there and they send me to two different dentist because they don’t perform root canal or extraction! Then they send me to Elite Endodontist where the charged me $411 for a root canal that was covered under my issuance!

Not the place to go if you’re paying cash. No complaints on the office or dentist just the lady handling customer billing. They will not negotiate your bill $1 as a returning customer paying in full the same day. They prefer to get paid a lower rate for service and file a claim that takes weeks to be processed by an insurance company. Bottom line this lady doesn’t appreciate a returning cash customer. My first visit was an initial exam and 1 tooth extraction for $320, which I paid the top cost in full the same day. My second visit 2 tooth extractions $530 paid in full same day. When I asked to round down my second visit from $530 to $500 as a returning cash customer she made me feel like I was trying to rip them off. An insurance company would only pay them $300 to $400 for the same service after several weeks….Hmmm

Not sure if I will be going back first impression was not great was told to wait in my car until ready remind you appt was at 1 pm got called in at at almost 130 as this his happening I'm seeing people pull up and just waking in like nothing the lady doing the xyience rays was very friendly but I got the feeling it was more about the money than the patient teeth are definitely not in great shape but I think as a dentist more options to help the patients would be great no kind of payment plan set in place as most dentist have or try to work with the patient even the lady up front said no we like everything to be paid up front on a last note as I stated teeth are not great but noticed something as I left and when I went back to ask dentist and show home instead of being concerned or showing care he just said no nothing is wrong I didn't do anything well would of been nice to just look at it make the patient feel better like I said I said I got the feeling it was about the money not the care here.

This is by far the best dental office I have been to, I recommended them for all ages and whatever your dental needs. The staff always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Dr Pham and his family create such a warm inviting atmosphere I feel like family. This dentist does amazing cosmetic and dental work. I have two front veneers on both sides of my front uppers that look so real no one can tell they are not natural. My husband and I both go here for all of our needs and care. This is a full service dentist who takes the time to go over options and treatment plans. There is never a long wait because they don't overbook or try to rush your appointment. It is rare to find a business where the entire staff truly enjoys their jobs and show it by the quality of their work.
