I've been to several dental practices here in the valley, Sooth Dental, Dental Park, and Oasis on Dove. Dental Park still owes me a credit they keep denying of more than $400 because of "my secondary insurance issues" I actually had to walk out of Oasis because of bad customer service. The manager required 50% paid for my crown on the spot and offered me a 3% discount if I paid cash. Unfortunately I did not have the full amount of cash on me so she asked me to go and get it or would have to reschedule. I already had to wait almost a month for that appointment. Also, they charge 3% to use a debit card. At Sweet Dental you walk in and are immediately greeted with a hello and welcome. Albert at the front desk was helpful and answered all of my questions. When I asked if they charge if I chose to pay with my card he smiled and said no. I've read some of the other comments saying the staff was unprofessional but I have to disagree. One of the dental assistants, Jose, was patient, friendly, and answered every single one of my questions. Im happy to say I got my crown done and am very satisfied as a matter of fact I've scheduled an appointment for my husband next and we don't have to wait an entire month for it either.

Very lovely dental assistants. The wait time is very long. The dentists and managers at this location are horrible! They make the place so uncomfortable, they degrate their staff right infront of the patients. Nobody deserves to get talked to like that! You guys need a attitude change. Toxic work environment.
