We had an amazing experience with this office. We had Dr.Armstrong for our first visit. Our second visit with Dr. Reed she removed my 11 year olds tooth. She was very kind and gentle and generous with the medication so he didnt hurt. The nurses are very thorough. We absolutely love this dentist office!

Came in for initial consultation and all staff were rather involved which made experience seem like a “team effort “ which worked to their favor in the customer’s eyes. All details were explained professionally and even though it may seem a bit sketchy at first I’m gonna go through with the care plan and allow them to work on me, and considering the saga of trust issues I have I feel like it’s not about the price it’s about the treatment!!!!! What more can I say!? Best Dentist around! Just ask...I missed my regular scheduled appointment due to an on going out of state Family Matter. Gave the office a call to see when they would be able to squeeze me in...I flew in on Tuesday, called on Wednesday invited me just like Family (give me an appointment) Thursday 8am...I showed up on time. They were ready for me with a Sincere Cheerful Good Morning, Outstanding Attitudes, Squinted eyes (means Smiling faces) Due to covered nose and mouth with face masks 😷 Tells me they care about me and my family and I was masked as well...Finished a little over an hour tops! If Silsbee Family Dentistry is not your Home Dentist, you might want to come find out why everyone's talking about it! It's know secret. If you're not here, then You're at the Wrong Place!!!! P.S.
