I usually do not leave Google reviews and tend not to trust many of the good ones because of the plethora of false reviews I come across. However, the service we received at this dentist office was, by far, the BEST service I have ever received from a dr or dentist office. My young son was in severe pain due to an exposed nerve and needed a “baby root canal” done on 2 back teeth. We are new to the area and I called several offices to try to get him seen asap. I ran into the issue of offices wanting to do an exam first then reschedule at a later date for the actual procedure, meaning my son would remain in pain due to their inadequate appointment openings and operations. I almost gave up hope until I called this office. They were so concerned about my son’s pain and literally created time in the schedule for him to not only come in and be examined but to be treated the same day. Dr Balk is the most AWESOME dentist I have ever encountered. She was so kind and caring and was genuinely concerned about my child. She explained everything to him in such a way that he was completely comfortable and smiling before the procedure. Afterwards, she personally called me to check on him in the days following and even offered to come in on her day off if he experienced any further issues or pain so that he would not have to be seen by a dentist he was unfamiliar with. The ladies in the office were also very kind, friendly and helpful. At the time, we did not have dental insurance and paid cash and it was surprisingly affordable! Dr Balk is PHENOMENAL. I can’t say enough great things about her. Most dentists I have been to just rush through trying to get to as many patients as they can and forget your child the moment they leave the room. If you are like I am and are hesitant to put your child in just anyone’s care, please take them to Dr Balk. You and your child will be in the best hands possible.

Stay away from this place. They tried to sell me 12,000 dollars worth of work that I didn't need. I was there just for deep clean up. They got mad at me for not getting the treatment they were forcing me to get and refuse to do my deep cleaning. People that work there get pay by commission, and act like sells people. Always get a second opinion, before agreeing to get any work done.

I’m so glad to have found this dental office. All of the people that work there are very helpful and professional. Before I found this dental office, I was not happy about going to the dentist.

Spring Klein Dentistry off of 99 and Spring Stuebner, is the best of the best. From the moment I needed an appointment the staff was attentive and soft spoken. Everyone in the office was attentive to my needs and concerns. They made me feel safe and welcomed. I have already been here several visits and I will be returning soon. Best part is the kid side is top notch as well.

I cannot express how thankful I am to have found this office. I was definitely on a time crunch and they were able to fit me in. The whole team made me feel comfortable and I haven’t had the best experiences with dental offices. Dr. Mai was very understanding and thorough in explaining my care.

Amazing service and comfortable interaction. The front desk and imaging staff is friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienists were so caring and made sure I was comfortable while getting their work done. They made me a night guard that is pretty expensive but I hope it helps me with my issues. I really love this dentist.

I told them my insurance provider changes in a couple of weeks so please don't sit on this bill, charge it before the month ends. They sat on it for weeks and created a nightmare for me. They are incompetent and take no responsibility for it.

I am very grateful for the service provided to me by everyone in the office and my dentist Ms.Erice. I get super anxious during certain procedures, and everyone in the office made me feel comfortable and made sure I was okay throughout my experience. They also offer payment plans that were very helpful as well. You will definently be in good hands if you come here, I am very very picky when it comes to dentists.

The negative reviews on here are bonkers! I am glad I did not listen to them. I was referred here by a colleague. I needed a new dentist and was told Dr. Patel is amazing. I completely agree! Her and her staff are great, everyone is kind, lively, and gentle. No one tried to sell me anything I did not need. I just recently had my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Zhu. He is also amazing! I only had 3 that needed a simple extraction and he was done in about 20 minutes. He was kind, caring, gentle, and really put me at ease as I was a bit nervous. I am on day 3 of extractions with zero swelling and my pain never went above a 2 on the 1-10 scale. I think he is just so good at what he does and is gentle so it was like nothing even happened! My only complaint is the accounts department. They seem a bit disorganized. But once I explain I've already paid or tell them the issue they usually realize and sort it immediately. No big deal, as long as they fix it, which they do! Getting the husband and kids in here asap!

Coming to this dentist is like going to a spa for your teeth!!! The office is beautiful and inviting. The staff is very cordial and the dentist takes the time to listen and address any concern you have. They are also very good about doing all the paperwork. Never had a problem with them!!! Definitely a keeper!!!

SCAM ALERT! I would give it negative stars if I could! Went for my 6 month cleaning and was refused the cleaning because they couldn't get me to spend money on a procedure I did not need. I wouldn't come close to letting them touch my teeth after seeing their money-hungry ways. HUGE red flags!!!

I love it here. The doctors and staff were so patient with me during my procedure. They gave me all the information I needed and helped me to understand everything . They answered all my questions and truly showed that they care for their patients. Thank you for the great experience! Special thanks to Amber, Dre, and Dr.Mai for taking such good care of me. I went in for a yearly cleaning , and inspection with my covered 1 cavity fill. They refused to fill that one cavity , explanation was I had multiple, well I have one more than I should now.

Chose this spot as a new dentist office, as it's closer to home, very fair on prices, and the staff and Dr Mai were absolutely amazing!!! They were very kind, respectful, and most of all PROFESSIONAL!!! So glad my wife told me about this place! Definitely my New Spot for modern dentistry at affordable prices.

This was my first visit to the dentist office. We moved to Spring a year ago and came recommended. The front staff was very polite and my wait time every brief. The X-ray tech was very efficient and took her time. I then went to an exam room for my procedure. Jay was the young man that started the nitrous gas and assisted my dentist during the entire procedure. I will preface the next statement by saying I told them I am petrified of needles and dentist. Jay and Dr. Erice were very sensitive to my fears. I was most impressed. I thank them all for the kindness they showed towards me. Thank you all again.

This place has really gone down. Have you ever had the dentist call to cancel on YOU?! That never happened to me, my husband, or 3 kids (nor anyone else I knew) until we came here. And it happened twice! That’s not counting the multiple re-schedules. The front desk used to be awesome. Now, they’re not knowledgeable and change often. The turnover continues with the hygienists, who are not gentle and don’t listen well. The dentists are ok, not outstanding. I’ve been going here for years, since they opened, and the decline has been unmistakable. We are, for the 3rd time since we started here, looking for another dentist. This time, we are leaving as we no longer need the convenience of the “attached” kid dentist. Very sad, since they are a very convenient location, are accepted by our insurance, and usually only do cleanings and very minimal dental care for us.

Very polite people ( that’s why I’m giving it two stars, otherwise I would give them zero) but, super business driven and constantly trying to sell you something!! Couple months ago, I went for cleaning and somehow (with dental insurance) ended up paying $100 for a regular cleaning!!! They had a poster on the front door ($50 cleaning) but only for new costumers!!! On top of everything, the dental hygienist insisted to sell me a brush that apparently she was giving me on a great deal, but when I checked that same brush on costco was cheaper that what she was selling it!!! Year ago, they refused to clean my teeth because they said that some procedure with some laser/heat has to be done before cleaning!!!! Ended up paying $1000 on that to!!! Overall be prepared to pay there even if you have insurance! I don’t think I will ever return to this place!
