Extremely nice, the office and all employees! The Dentist was so Awesome. He could have charged me a lot of money for the service I wanted. Instead he was honest and helped me to find the right procedure. Thanks

New dentist for me but also a new patient from now on for them. The dentist and his assistant made me feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable position having a root canal and having to rebuild half the tooth and place a crown on it. Very tough job well done. The front desk people were awesome and very informative. Very smooth process very professional which made my experience good and have earned my business and my wife’s from now on. First time at Springtown Smiles. The Dentist was very thorough. I had never had laser cleaning before. Honestly the best cleaning I've ever had! I highly recommend!

My son is 21 months old and wouldn’t open his mouth when the dentist only tried ONE time and gave up, then they just sent us home with no reason as to why. They didn’t even provide a goodie bag with a toothbrush, floss and toothpaste. What a terrible dental office. Never going back.

Oh my goodness, Springtown Smiles is wonderful so far. I just recently moved here from AZ and I had some dental work done about a year before... anyway it was not very good work. Springtown Smiles makes me feel like family. They actually fixed my dental work and then some!! So kind and I feel absolutely blessed to have found such a great dental office, FINALLY!!! DR. My daughter (5) was nervous going into her appointment, but everyone in the office, from the receptionists to they hygienist to the doctor, made her feel comfortable and relaxed. She was all smiles leaving the office.

The Staff in front the office is amazing but Dr. Is completely indifferent, He does not talk to patients or parents, he spent 45 seconds in the appointment with my son and sent a message with his assistant that there were no cavities and only cleaning, his assistant Really no happy in your job, really SAD, they need Good CUSTOMER SERVICE……

I knew I shouldn't have gone back for a second appointment to get fillings done. He BOTCHED my mouth. I don't know how it's possible to leave a dental office feeling worse than walking into one, but this place did it! My bite was very off setting and nothing was smoothed out after the anesthesia wore off because he did not check once "done" and I had to go back twice afterwards to get my teeth filed down from the fillings. The last time I went in, I swear to you he filed the back of a tooth down so deep it go rid of the filling and exposed a nerve. I get pain shooting up my tooth AFTER getting a filling?! But thats not the worst part, he was in such a rush, he FORGOT to complete a filling! I have a hole on the exterior of my tooth from cleaning the cavity out, but no filling! How is this possible. Still see cavities that were not worked on but said they did. Don't go here, don't bring your kids here. I'm so glad I checked it out before bringing my son here for his very first trip. We would've both left traumatized. Now I'm out of $400 dollars and left to find somewhere else to fix their mistakes. Side note, the rest of the staff is very nice but the doctor himself, pitiful work.

The appointment was for my nine month old son. I was surprised at how nice the staff was and how quick the visit was simply because they accept Medicaid. A lot of times medicaid offices are packed full of people in the waiting room and it takes forever to get it. This wasn't the case though. We got in basically right away and the last at the desk and the dental assistant were very helpful and friendly. He just got a super quick checkup from the doctor because he only has four teeth. That way brief and went well, and then they gave him a toy afterwards. Over all a good experience. The only thing I don't like is that I had to use a call center to book my initial appt and because of that there was a miscommunication about insurance and we had to reschedule his appointment.I prefer to just talk directly to the office. But the front desk lady texted me and I was able to deal with her that way and reschedule directly with her with was very nice and convenient.

Very friendly staff! Great experience even with root canal, 3 hours in the chair, but no pain afterwards! Highly recommend!
