We enjoyed our visit to The Terrell Dentist and are planning on making this our permanent dentist. With a family of 6 it was nice that they could accommodate us all in the same location. Their staff was very knowledgeable and kind. We didn’t wait at all but got right in. Dr. Cambridge identified some problem areas but other areas he said he would just keep an eye on so we felt he was being honest with us. The office is simple but clean and well maintained and the prices were very competitive. We were very pleased with our visit!

I had unpleasant experience today. I checked in at the counter at my designated appointment time. Two other patients entered well after I arrived. However, they were both called to the back and given a room before me. After more than 25 min. had elapsed after my designated time, I went to counter and questioned this and was given the sorry excuse that "those are hygienic appointments". I don't know what that has to do with the price of tea on China. Then, I was given the precedence I should have initially received. What happened is the receptionist was on the phone when I arrived and the other person who confirmed me AND took my temp. failed to let the main receptionist know. As a result, everyone who entered after me was acknowledged and received in a timely manner. Do better by ALL patrons receptionist! My time is just as valuable as the next patient and certainly my money deposits the same.
