They are always open to work with my schedule. MISTI is the absolute best and kindest. Shes like a friend you get to see when you come. This is the only doctor who took the time to build up a crown on my tooth. All the other dentist said it wasn't going to be possible. Best dentist around.

My Kids love this place everyone is so nice. Lady at front desk Vanessa shes always so nice and friendly and Dr O is amazing. My son gets anxiety But Dr always makes him feel safe and comfortable all the time❤️

They are wonderful the Dr’s are super nice and informative all the staff is friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough about the office manager. She is an angel and very helpful! Over all I would highly recommend choosing them as your Dentist. You will not be disappointed!

I went to take my son for his 21 month check up only to find the practice closed for the day. They closed early and cancelled my 21 month old son's Medicaid dental appointment without even telling me. Never coming back.

This place is great! The ones taking care of me were Mrs Angela and Dr O Dr O made sure I knew why it was important to floss(like most doctors do) but, instead of just saying floss and sending me on my way, he showed me what happens when I don't, which was great.(might need to do a little more flossing) On the other hand, it was great to be Mrs Angela's care. She did a fantastic job and was a great conversationalist, which in my opinion is just as important. Its definitely not a good time when both of you are just silent while one works. Very refreshing. The rest of the staff was nice too, I didn't have any problems, and they were all pretty respectful One thing to worry about is their furniture, it's pretty comfortable and I found myself falling asleep 2-3 times. All in all, 10/10

From the front desk to the doctor, these people are hands down the absolute best. I’ve always had major anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but all staff were attentive and so comforting that they made this a good experience. The doctor and assistant were constantly checking on me and giving me words of encouragement. I can say that I will be returning and with way less anxiety thanks to this attentive and caring staff!

Dr. O is a very good Dentist, I love going to his office, they Staff there r very friendly n kind people, Mia is a very good Dentist Asst. I would recommend that if u need to Dental work to stop by n see them

I am a new patient and I have experienced excellent service from the time I called on the phone to make my appointment until the conclusion of my appointment. Misty J ( Office Manager) was so pleasant and got me in right away. The staff and Doctor were great as well! If you’re looking for a dental home I definitely recommend try them out!

Texas City Dental is wonderful!!! The office staff and dental professionals are attentive, gentle, caring and do excellent work. If you are looking for a dentist and have anxiety about going to the dentist, this is the dentist for you!!

This place has really gone down hill. The three front receptionist were rude and did not even try to see me on my scheduled appointment. They waited until I got there to verify my insurance and wouldn’t see me due to a clerical error. Definitely switching to another dentist.

I am updating my review. This place is a true scam! When I first started going here everything seemed fine. The staff was polite and seemed to be knowledgeable at the time. The issues started when I had a filling done on my tooth and had to go back because it was done incorrectly. When I went back it was not the same Dentist I saw the first time. Which I was ok with because I know things happen. The second Dentist corrected the issue so he claimed, but then I started having problems with the same tooth so went back and now another new dentist which suggested a root canal be done on that same tooth. The second Dentist that did the procedure kept having to re numb the tooth every few minutes so he could not get the procedure done the first time I went so it was two days which should have done in one. Then it was time for my crown which at this point I was over it because it was another new Dentist which would now make the 3rd Dentist I’ve seen. After the crown was placed on I started having pain in that same tooth, which shouldn’t have been if they had removed all the nerve from that tooth. So, I went back this past Saturday and guess what yes you guessed it, another new Dentist, which made it my fourth Dentist. I was really frustrated at this point and just wanted them to correct the issue and mistake they made. The new Dentist referred me to an outside Specialist to redo the crown. When I asked why the Dentist could not redo it since that was where I had the crown done. I was told that he was not capable of doing it and needed “special tools.” It seems like they were just trying put me off on some other Dental Office and did not want to be responsible for correcting the problem. So, I asked to speak to the owner, which was a complete waste of time. Mr. Roopesh was no help at all basically he said that I would have to be liable for getting the same procedure that was done in their office some where else. He is not even a Dentist. He obviously does not care about the

Don't let the 5 stars trick you. They give incentives like giveaways to leave them reviews. They charged me for work they never did. Got the I'll fix it from the office manager 5 times. Everytime I talked with her she agreed that the charges are invalid and will be fixed. Then they sent them to collections. I scheduled an appointment with them but ended up going to a different dentist to get the work done due to not being able to wait because of the pain. If you call a business to get a service done, then cancel 3 days before the work you don't pay the entire price like they did a full on RC. In my eyes this is theft and totally unethical. Save yourself the heartache of having to deal with clerical issues and false charges while having to deal with a painful tooth.

Update: the last 4 visits it has been a different dentist every time they did a crown only for me to find out that now I need a bridge in the same area and that should have been done instead of the crown either incompetent or money grab either way I won’t be back. Great experience painless quick I could no be happier, Dr Mangla is awesome really nice to work with. Maria is a sweet heart really makes you feel comfortable. Ally is new but she is really nice and will be great to work with. The original OG Alejandra is awesome and showing Ally the ropes. All around great team.
