2/17/23: My daughter and I visited the office and had a good experience. The Dentist is very nice and patient and explain things in a very easy understanding manner. Update as of 3/21/23- I initially gave this dental office a five star review based on our exam, x-rays and cleaning. Well, this is no longer the case. After our cleaning on 2/17, I was told that I would get a call from the office manager regarding an estimate of how much my root canal would be. I felt this was OK and that I would schedule my daughters filling once I receive this call. I never received a call. I called the office back once and left a message regarding my request of estimate and to schedule my daughters filling with a call to never be returned. I also submitted a request via the website with no response. I did finally get a hold of someone to try to schedule my daughters filling for the week of spring break but unfortunately they couldn’t accommodate, but said they would give me a call back to see if they could squeeze me in. I never received a telephone call and I also reminded them I had yet to hear about my estimate for a root canal. I finally called again during the week of spring break and spoke to someone and inform them that I had not been able to schedule my daughters filling nor gotten an estimate on my root canal. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and apologized and stated she would forward my message regarding my estimate. I did tell her I would like to schedule the filling for my daughter and gave her we preferred a 10 o’clock time slot on any day. After being placed on, hold, she Informed me she could not give me a date to schedule a simple filling because the dentist is only one dentist in this practice. I truly do t understand—How are you Not able to schedule a filling when you were looking at a calendar for one dentist. After this, she apologized and said she would give me a call back. We are now six days later I have received no communication and this is my final stra

In previous years, I’ve had a not so great experiences with dentists and the feeling of, “are you interested in my overall well-being or money?” Today, I left feeling great, the dentist took the time to answer my questions and gave future alternatives instead of wanting to fix now what doesn’t need to be fixed.
