My husband and I retired from Honolulu, Hawaii and settled down in Tyler, Texas in 2019. It took me long time to find a dentist. A simple phone would tell you what kind of staff they have. Many of them don’t have good phone ethics. They also try to persuade you to sign up online without getting your insurance carrier information. I am fortunate to have found Pine Creek Dental. Great Dentist! I have been going to Doctor Tutt for over two years when my husband decided to go to him as well. We were assigned different Dental Hygienist but we are both very satisfied with their service. Professional staff! They are very pleasant to talk to, in person and over the phone. Most of all, they are very knowledgeable and will discuss with you, your insurance coverage, so that there’ll be no surprises. They make sure we do not miss our appointments by reminding us via text few times. They are very conscientious when someone cancels an appointment, they call to inquire if we would like to change our schedule earlier. It clearly shows, they value our business and that means a lot to us. I am the biggest, most terrified person, of the dentist. I avoid going unless there is a problem. I had a major problem pop up and found Dr Tutt and his team at Pine Creek Dental. They were the most welcoming, patient, calm and nonjudgmental office I had ever been to. Dr Tutt took time to not only assess the current issue but do a full mouth assessment. They continually tried to ensure I was comfortable and as calm as possible. I left with a solid plan and am now actually looking forward to getting my mouth in better shape. If you are scared of the dentist, this is the place you need to go. The team is amazing.

I can SMILE again!!! I can have fun 🤩 in public without covering my mouth with my hands due to embarrassment. I searched high and low for the perfect DENTIST for me. Most of them didn’t know what to do with my30 year old top BRIDGE PLATE. All they did was give me a long list of $$$ FIGURES, that I could not afford… at all.They looked @ me uncomfortablely and we’re not inviting. I met DR.
