If you're a dental coward, like myself, then this is the place for you. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistants in the exam room were very nice and helpful. Dr. Airy is very kind and informative which helped put me at ease. She communicated with me through the entire procedure and was so gentle. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's afraid of going to the dentist or might be looking for a new dentist.

I've had terrible experiences with previous dentists be it cleanliness, attitude, and even over all severely poor quality of work. They have all been more interested in making a quick buck then treating my matter seriously. I've had a big and difficult procedure that I was needing done and Dr Choi and her girls came through for me. They fixed me up and earned my trust and that's something I would say is not easy to do. My only regret is not finding them sooner. I appreciate the good work.

Okay so there are many things to say about this practice, and they are all amazing! 10/10 experience and I don’t want to ever go to another dentist. Last year I started having tooth pain in my back upper wisdom teeth and I knew there was likely some major problems going on. The pain got debilitating and it was literally bringing me to my knees at random times throughout the day. That happened for about 3 days before I had enough and started looking for some dentists in the area. The pain was so bad that I was hoping I could get in anywhere as a walk in with no appointment, same day. Most places had some shady reviews about the practice itself, but Watauga fam dentistry had nothing but great things written about it. So I called, and Tracie answered the phone. I was having trouble figuring out my insurance plan because it’s through my job and I have never had dental insurance before, either, so I was confused on what info I needed. I gave Tracie some names and numbers and I told her I’d do some research/digging on my end as well. I called back a bit later and this sweet person literally figured out my plan and policy and had it ready to go for me. I was astonished and so grateful, she didn’t have to do that but she did. They didn’t know if I would be able to get in and have anything extracted, if needed, because it was late in the day and I was a walk-in customer. She Told me to come on in and everything unexpectedly went so fast from there. The staff was so kind and courteous, I signed some forms at the front and waited for maybe 5-10 min. Emmie got me set up from there with some x-rays and other things. There was another nurse/assistant there but I forgot her name :( Emmie was really informative and helpful. Dr.Choi then came in and was like, look that tooth has got to come out. I was scared because the pain I feared of a wisdom tooth extraction but Dr.Choi assured me that it would be super fast and I wouldn’t feel a thing. I said yes and she was correct about ever
