The way I just treat at a DENTIST a office was ABSOLUTELY Phenomenal! I have always been EXTREMELY embarrassed about my severe crowing and crooked teeth BUT they made me feel so comfortable. My initial interest came from severe pain. They were able to get me in the next day for an exam and X-rays. I was scheduled for the extraction NOT LONG AFTER! It felt like family! Dr. Fester professional manners were five stars hand down. I am trusting them with strenuous and complaining task of giving me the smile of my dreams. I feel very confident and excited about this journey we are about to embark on!!! Go ahead make an appointment!!!

Very friendly staff, but operations need some help. Would not trust this place with my health because of this Booked appt 2 weeks in advance. Used their online scheduler to do so. Turns out the online scheduler triple-booked me and two other patients for the same time. I know this is the case because when I showed up, the reception team showed me the scheduling system. The reception team said that the call center should have called me to reschedule, but they never did. Or at least they called me from a "spam likely" number without leaving a voicemail for me to know who they were. No emails sent to reschedule either. On top of this, I had to play phone tag with their team to verify my insurance beforehand. For some reason their system couldn't find my plan (next dentist had no problem). AND they didn't look at the scheduling system to tell me about the triple-booking when I was talking with them about the insurance! Ended up wasting a bunch time and taking off work for no reason. If scheduling my first appt was this difficult, I'm not sure I want to be a patient here. Reception team was really nice. Seems like the challenges are beyond them and at the corporate level

My daughter went in for root canal. They refused to give her anything for pain when she left the office. We explicitly explained to them that she cannot take any ibuprofen because of stomach issues. An hour after the procedure she was crying in pain. I called back to the office and told them how bad of pain she was in. Still, dentist refused to call her anything in. When we went in for initial visit we were told that she would be given something for her pain. And their website it says they give patients pain medication. I chose this location because of their website stating that they treat pain after procedures. Needless to say, we will not be using them again. If they want to take my money upfront like they did they should’ve stated this. They didn’t have any problem calling making sure that the money was going to be given before the procedure. I Feel sorry for anyone who gets this particular endodontist. He has no bedside manner whatsoever.

I can’t say enough about this office. This is the first time I’ve been to a dentist and had my worries and anxiety put at ease. This is the first time it didn’t feel like just a transaction. Every single person I spoke to was not only friendly, but they took the time to make me feel comfortable and to explain the procedures as well as treatment plans and payment options. I have dental issues that have caused me alot of pain and embarrassment and they made sure I didn’t feel like that in their office. We got a treatment plan worked out for me and booked my husband and kids an appointment for next month. I recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to give this office a shot.

The operation manager (Glenda I believe ) I called months ago to schedule my first appointment and she said she will call back and never did , I called again and she tells me the same thing and never calls. Facebook reviews aren’t as good as this. After spending 4K - I have mouth pain which I didn’t have before the work. I know this root canal is on borrowed time. They switch Dentists so often, maybe this one is better. I’ll never try it again though.

Website advertises oral surgery but doesn't specify which location, wait in the lobby for an hour and a half after my insurance was verified I was told I wouldn't be able to be seen until insurance is verified the receptionist told me it was verified but the NEW system requires additional verification I can be seen but I have to pay out of pocket even though she has my explanation of benefits. I need an oral surgeon but the surgeon already came to this location and no details on when he will be back. Please update your website by location or explain the frequency on the services you provide. TIME is valuable dont wast peoples time

I went in with an infected tooth- and in a high level of pain. they said that I need two crowns, I ended to get a credit card to pay $1600 on top of that my insurance pay $859, after that they want to charge for deep cleaning, I feel this office overcharge.

I would definitely not recommend these places my friend was over charged for a deep cleaning of almost $2000 dollars and now she's fighting to get her money back these people should be ashamed of themselves
