MEDICAL PROFITEERING! Patients cannot decline non-essential services. My dental insurance pays $75 for a 4 surface filling. Then Monarch Dental adds $83 for desensitization--meaning an extra charge for anesthetic for post-op pain--which is NOT covered by my insurance. They defend this charge by saying 'This is our standard of patient care'. No, it's your way of mandating an out-of-pocket service that makes money for the practice because you aren't limited to my insurance caps. After 8 years, I will be going elsewhere.

The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional. They make you feel very comfortable and the experience as best as a dentist visit could be

Highly recommend Monarch Dental. Front desk is absolutely incredible and made it easy to understand options and procedures! My dentist and assistant took such good care of me, since I get very anxious when it comes to dental work, they helped me relax and feel comfortable. Thanks for all y'all do!

I went in for a routine cleaning. They were more concerned about all this other work they wanted to do when all i wanted was a cleaning. They were going to charge me $1500 for a deep clean. And that was going to be just my portion of the bill. It didn't include what the insurance was going to pay. No thank you! I'll find someone else whose not concerned about my pocketbook.

I was actually blown away with the level of service I received at Monarch Dental. Every single person I encountered went above and beyond. Y’all made a very unpleasant painful tooth much easier. I really cannot say thank you enough. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend this office. From front office to back office they are top notch. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

All I needed was teeth pulled, they tried to get as much money from me so they where going to charge me over 3k when my insurance covers extractions at 100% then the high school diploma lady at the front desk said you need to get out so I left in pain from this location, money hungry is all this place is

Dr. Hayat was very professional, thorough, and informative.

I love these people!!! I had implants put in. And no lie it hurt. But the surgeon and the staff literally did everything they could to make the entire process as painless as possible. If you need help with your teeth, call Monarch Dental Weatherford! They really are there to help!

Don't waste your time. Because they will certainly waste yours

The dentist was able to help my pain with in a few hours. Started off with x-rays and the doctor did a cold test on the area. I had a cavity that was not found last time I was at the dentist(another dentist no this one). After explaining to me of possibilities and taking the time to details inform my decision I felt comfortable with the route of procedures that needed to be performed. They used the numbing gel before they even gave me a shot in the gums then throughly made sure they clean out all the decay by redoing the x-rays. After one more clean out they were able to fill in the cavity and did it to where there was no pain. I felt like he was very detailed in all his actions and takes the time to get to the concern. After coming out of the numbing process, I didn’t experience as much pain as I did from other doctors with the same procedures. I will be defiantly coming back in for yearly exams.

I called this Monarch Dental because of an ongoing tooth emergency that happened over a holiday break/holiday hours. This is not the office I go to, but Kayla went above and beyond to help me reach someone at my Monarch location after hours. Thank you so very much, Kayla.

We are going to be looking for a new dentist. Every time we go, there is a new dentist at this location. After years of being overcharged and questionable treatment plans that can not be explained, it’s time for a change.

I had a good experience at another Monarch, but my wife has had very similar poor experiences as other reviewers have had. They try to push very expensive cleanings. She went in to have a crown replaced that came off. Of course, there's not enough tooth left so it needs an implant. $5500 AFTER insurance for a tooth you can't see. There's a problem every visit. Either the perio butchers her gums or something else. Then, he retired. The packing came out that left a big hole where the set screw is. "Yeah, come in. The dentist can fix it". He did, for another $143. Could it have been done for no cost at a slightly later date and that wasn't explained to us? Quite possibly. My point is that this place will try to squeeze every penny they can, especially if it can be financed. It's not Monarch, it's THIS Monarch in my opinion. Other stores have much higher reviews.
