Where do I start?! This Dentist office is the definition of serene! Upon entry I was Warmly welcomed by the front desk staff member. The waiting area looks like a picture out of a modern furniture magazine. My Hygienist was had the same welcoming energy as she led me into the room. I entered to a room with a tv that had a personalized welcome for me on screen. Throughout the cleaning I had the privilege to watch Netflix from a tv screen in the ceiling! Much better than my usual closed eyes or a bare ceiling. The Dentist came in later to explain their find songs from my X-rays etc. they have very too notch equipment; I was impressed! At the end of the exam and review I was offered sealed warm lavender towel for my face. I grabbed my welcome bag with some dental goodies and departed. Y’all, this experience exceeded my expectations and I look forward to my next visit in 6mo.

So I have very bad Dental anxiety and I have to say the staff and the dentist have gone above and beyond to make sure that I'm comfortable I mean they even have a comfort menu to help with anxiety. The staff has been nothing but warm and friendly and Miss Maggie talking to her on the phone to make my first appointment she made me feel comfortable enough to where I actually went and she noted that after my second visit my anxiety seems to be going down I did have 2 slight Panic moments but they are pale in comparison to my previous visits at other dentist where it was through the roof my anxiety. If not for the staff there I probably would not go but they have been nothing but amazing and I'm truly appreciative to find a dentist office where they genuinely care not only about your teeth but about your comfort and they make you feel welcome and comfortable and I cannot praise them enough

Update: My insurance changed and Dr. Femi is no longer in network. For a year, I've been in denial and finally decided to try another dentist office for a cleaning b/c what could go wrong, right? WRONG...Long story short, I had a dental emergency yesterday and got an appointment the same day after not being seen for over a year. Dr. Femi and Maggie are AMAZING. I love my new dentist office. I have been going to see Dr. Femi since he opened in Wylie. He is ALWAYS timely, friendly and professional. I love that he’s so down to earth and explains things so thoroughly. He does not ever try to up sell unnecessary dental work. He and his staff are always pleasant and you can tell that they really enjoy serving people! Wylie Dentistry Co. is awesome.

Never in my 56 years of living would I imagine I would be able to actually say , " I enjoyed a trip to the dentist ! " When I tell y'all that if your dentist office is not Wyle Dentistry, then you're at the wrong dentist! I don't even know where to start with the kudos , but I guess the first thing that impressed me was them asking about anxiety towards dentist. Also offering the laughing gas which they jokingly refer to as your choice of alcohol. Then it's the TV in the ceiling , the attitude of everyone and then they hit you with a relaxation menu with options like a blanket , stress ball or other comfort items. The staff and Dr. Fendi are the BEST. Just when you think it can't get better , they end your visit by giving you a warm , lavender towel to wipe your face ! Lord Jesus. I'm bought and sold ! I'm a customer for life ! Thanks Wylie Dentistry for the best dental experience EVER !

I went in for a dental consult. The front office team was kind and transparent about any fees that may occur. The team was so friendly, they offered multiple comfort measures as well.
