Best dental office I have ever had in my 80 years. Very professional, caring, good listeners and reasonably priced for their services. Great follow up after major procedures. And they take Medicare. 😊👍😷

Fantastic care for a first time patient. I came in for an emergency that caused a lot of pain and ended up needing quite a bit of work. I had a horrible experience with a dentist as a child and have an unrelenting fear of them, but Doctor Youngquist was so friendly and knowledgeable that it put me at ease. I can’t thank him and everyone else in that office enough for everything they did for me.

I've been going to Dr. Capua and this dental clinic for over 30 years. It's the only dentist my 2 daughters have been to. No need to go anywhere else! We love Dr. Younquist and Dr. Capua and staff. They're like family!

This office is great, but unfortunately they chose wealth over my health. I have a chipped tooth, with an open hole. We’ve been trying to figure out a plan for a crown, but my options were $800 up front or split between $400 each visit. I’m not rich, and can’t afford such big payments all at once. Tried to go to at least $200/bi-weekly but got denied. One day, everything caught up to me. I am in the worst pain ever imagined. I’m calling, crying and begging for help. I have a very high pain tolerance! This was worst than giving birth. I even considered death over this type of suffering, that’s how bad it was. When I got called and got through, I was reminded of my TWO options and was told Google procedures - otc pain meds, ice, and that “it could be infected now”. I was very aware of the Google instructions, as I have been following them. It only worked for so long until I just need treatment. So I asked if there are any other options? Can I at least just get pain meds or antibiotics to help relieve the pain? “Unfortunately, we’re closing soon and he’s with his last patient”. Can’t even get 2 seconds of their time for a prescription? I was hurt that they didn’t care of a possible infection. Now I’m feeling even worst! Physically, emotionally, mentally. I am only providing a 1-star because as a healthcare provider, I was expecting different. I understand the whole billing situation, but I just hope they realize not everyone is rich. That we’re all human and are struggling together in different ways.

Just got home from Palisades Dental. They are so professional and courteous and prompt and exact with all that they do from cleaning your teeth to crowns and implants to the billing. It’s the whole package. It is such a welcoming fun happy place! Dr. Capua and Dr. Youngquist are amazing! Plus, they have the best office staff and hygienists you could ever ask for. Today I had Cassidy and she was perfect! All together, they make a fabulous team. I would highly recommend them for an enjoyable, dental experience. I look forward to going back again in six months because I know I’ll receive quality exceptional care.
