Exceptional office overall! Team is very friendly. Office is clean and efficient. Dr. Miranda Okubo is extremely knowledgeable and made our family feel extremely welcome. Even our 3 year old felt comfortable the entire visit. We can't wait to be back in 6 months!

They always make me feel welcome, comfortable and everyone from the hygienists to the dentists are knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend.

Hygienist was great and very personable. When you leave they have fresh cookies individually wrapped. Their place is extremely clean. I felt safe to not catch any germs there. Staff are all fully masked.

Staff was exceptional, from the front desk to the doctor. I’ve never had a dental office talk to me about what is going on with my teeth more than them. I felt like I was getting a good take on where my dental health is instead of just guessing.

I moved during the pandemic and needed a new dentist. This is the best over all practice I've been to in the 3 states I've lived in. Dr. Florance is awesome. The staff are all very friendly and the building is nice and clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

Best dental office we have ever been too. The front desk is kind and helpful, the hygienists and dental assistants are thorough and knowledgable and gentle. Dentists are amazing in every way. Even our 5 yr old has had only good experiences here. Would absolutely recommend.

Creek Road dental care has always been friendly, accommodating, and professional. I would recommend their services. They have all the latest equipment and they’re very high-tech. The staff is extremely competent. Plus they laugh at my joking.

Dr Florence is an amazing dentist and person. Kind, caring, friendly and engaging. Her entire staff is knowledgeable and kind. Incredibly supportive and always worried about your comfort. I can’t speak highly enough of Creek Road Dental!!!!

As someone who HATES the dentist, this was the first positive experience I’ve had as an adult going to the dentist. Dr Okumo and Maddie the hygienist were so kind and checked in on my comfort frequently. I felt genuinely safe and taken care of and they also saw my 3 year old. Dr. Okumo is also amazing with kids. Not only were they empathetic and kind but also extremely competent. I found out for the first time that the reason my front teeth and angling outwards is because of jaw clenching and tension, something overlooked by everyone else I’ve seen. This experience was outstanding!

Had a horrible tooth ache during the holidays, and my current Dr was out of town. The friendly staff got me in quicker than I had thought possible, handled my insurance information quickly so I would know what my cost would be, refered an excellent Dr for the root canal that was needed and with antibiotics and some finish work from Dr Amy, I am up and running with zero pain. Super friendly staff and Dr's. I highly recommend. Thank you for getting me in on such short notice. My family absolutely appreciated it as I evidently was a bear to be around.

Love love love Dr. Florence! Before Dr. Florence, I had more than 10 different dentists. Among them, Dr. Florence by far is my favorite! She is very detail oriented, and very OCD about her work, which I love! She is always pleasant. Always gives the honest answers to my concerns. Thanks Dr. Florence!!!

I found Creek Road Dental after lots of research and review reading. I am usually not fond of the dentist and try to avoid going at all costs. Dr Okobu is amazing! She is always making sure you are comfortable and explaining everything she is going to do before she does it. I had a bunch of work done and wouldn't have thought to go anywhere else. They manage expectations, check on you after your appointment, and are overall very professional and gentle. My experience here might actually change my fear of dentists 😄 If you have any anxiety or fear of going to the dentist, try Creek Road Dental out, they might change your mind!

I am a physician from Atlanta, GA, visiting Sandy, UT for skiing during my son's Spring break. I had a dental emergency on the slopes, and this office was kind enough to work me in the next morning! My son, (in dental college) found this practice online from its' excellent reviews. I can vouch for the excellent reviews as my experience was also amazing. Quick check in, quick attention, well-trained competent staff, and caring, knowledgeable, experienced dentist - Dr. Okubo. I was in and out - fully treated in 30 mins! Could not ask for a better experience. Thank you Dr. Okubo.

I have been going to Dr. Okubo for a little over a year and a half now. She is the best dentist I've ever had! She listens to my concerns, listened to my dental history, and follows through with the kind of feedback I needed (I have felt ignored by a previous dentist). She doesn't rush through the visit, and provides top knotch care! She is also considerate of my health, and when I had a major procedure done, she checked in on me the next day. I have never experienced such great treatment. The whole team is friendly, personable, and professional.

I had a terrible experience here. I have insurance and they won’t even do a cleaning on my teeth because they keep pushing for a more expensive cleaning and I was clear to them that I will hold of for now but they won’t do anything else unless I did it so I went to a different dentist and they gave me a cleaning and fillings. The other dentist accomodated my request and have reasonable prices. The staff here all rude and would look down on you if you don’t get what they are pushing. DO NOT GO HERE! Response: Thank you for acknowleging my review. I think it’s great that you all advice the patient the best treatment but I was treated rudely just because I am not ready to do the treatment yet. I also requested for a general cleaning as included on my insurance but you refused to do it at all unless I do the treatment. I wasted my insurance because of that.

WOW! What a wonderful experience was an understatement. Highly friendly and knowledgeable staff! I was in dire need of an appointment, so I decided to join the Membership Plan which seems to be of great value to a person without Dental insurance. April got me in ASAP and was very easy to coordinate with! Dr. Okubo gave a fantastic exam and was so easy to talk to. Then Shaylee gave a tremendous cleaning , I had not seen a dentist in several years and she took care of me ten fold. I also spoke with Beth who gave me a breakdown on some of my future dental accessories and pricing for those, which was all priced extremely well. So appreciative for these lovely ladies! Thanks again!!

Very impressed with my first visit today! My family is very careful about reducing our chances of catching Covid and the front desk staff at Creek Road was welcoming but also very careful about explaining their Covid safety updates and protocols. The assistant and dental hygienist were friendly, knowledgeable, and I had a great exam/cleaning. Dr. Okubo was fantastic and she gave me well explained options about my future treatments. I was the family guinea pig to go to a new dentist and I am so glad we found this office!

I really love Creek Road Dental Care!! I have been going there for many years and would not even consider going anywhere else; their office is warm and inviting and everyone there is so positive. I have a health condition that can make dental work extra painful, yet I don’t have anxiety about my dental visits; as I know they will take extra time with me if needed. I actually look forward to my dental visits as I know the sensational Dr. Florance, not only cares about her patients dental health; but the finished result always looks so amazing. I also enjoy seeing my previous dentist, Dr. Okubo and their staff, especially my wonderful friend Robyn.
