Amazing staff and service!

We have come to Hillfield Pediatric & Family Dentistry for many years. It started when my kids were little because they liked the train. The amazing dentists and friendly staff have kept us coming back. They even have Saturday appointments to accommodate busy schedules. Last Saturday, my youngest had a broken tooth that was bothering him. We expected they would look at it and need to schedule another time to fix it. Luckily, Dr. Brown was able to fix it that day and he is happy again. The other dentists have also helped us and they are all great! My older son had his wisdom teeth removed just a couple months ago. Thank you!

There staff is absolutely amazing! I actually enjoy going to the dentist and how many people can say that! They're amazing with my daughter who's 5 years old, they are so great with their patients at any age! Dr. Wible does such an amazing job and has been my absolute favorite dentist I've ever had and have an amazing, fun, and caring staff! They literally do such an amazing perfect job and they have helped me regain my confidence back, every time I leave there I feel like I can smile showing all my beautiful teeth with tears of joy, feeling like a new me! So I needed two root canals and thought, "Family denistry includes grown-ups, why not go to the same place my kids go?" After an initial visit I was scheduled for a month or so out. The date came and it started with a cleaning. Except that's all it was. 🤔 A few weeks later I was scheduled for what I thought would be root canals. No. The plan apparently was for Hillfield to do a temporary crown, go somewhere that does actual root canals, then go back to Hillfield... Anyways, I went to another place that was really good. I explained the situation and the dentist was like, "Why?" Exactly! Thank you! In short, while I was slotted to get crowns, I didn't feel much like royalty in my experience.

I have been coming here for over 15 years, with all my 7 children. All the doctors n staff are always great with our family. I drive from Ogden just to get the best .. thanks

Well I would probably hire people who know what they are doing at the front desk. They tried to reschedule an appointment when I called to tell them I was going to be 15 min late after an 1hr and a half drive up there. Then she tried to charge me twice for the procedure that was already paid for. Dentist was awesome! No problems there, great dentist who knows what he is doing. On the way out I needed to get a print out of what needed to be finished so I could budget for the remaining payments. The lady at the counter was rude and demeaning. She had zero knowledge that I just got a filling done and had the laughing gas before treatment. So I was kind of out of it a little bit more so kinda slow. I'm standing there and I asked for an updated printout I thought that what had been done and prior issues that were handled would be updated. Well they weren't the woman was obviously annoyed that I asked and started asking me questions. Like well do you have m1 or whatever your code is and I'm looking at her like idk. She is like open your mouth so I open my mouth. So I open my mouth and she makes some comments and asked some questions that should have been addressede in private. I turn to see where my kid is at and realize that there is an entire waiting area listening and staring at me. The redhead receptionist looked at me almost with a snide smirk look on her face, oh so you wanna wait for the dentist now. I just looked at her in disbelieve covered my face and left the office. I can't express how evil this woman is people come to your establishment pay your paycheck and you sit there and embarrass them in front of other people when they ask for you to do your job. Not only that someone who is a little slow because of a treatment they received at your establishment. There is zero excuses for this behavior and I strongly feel that the receptionist find a different job because customer service is not her strong point. I feel sorry for enyone who has to be belittled by

My 18 month old had a very scary incident that left him really needing dental care. We are new to the area and still don’t have a dentist and Hill Field got us in first thing in the morning right after we called. Everyone we encountered from the front desk to our dentist, was so sweet, kind, patient, and helpful. We felt confident we were getting the right kinds of answers for our baby. We will never go anywhere else! Thank you guys so much!

The staff is friendly. Loved the girl who cleaned my teeth. She's a perfectionist. The dental assistants are fantastic, and Dr. Wibble (not sure that's spelled correctly ) is great. 😃

The Dentists and their Assistants are second to none. My family and I have been getting our dental care at Hillfield since 2007, and it's always been superb.

I have taken both of my kids here for years and they are always so friendly and try to make my kids feel comfortable. The dentists are all very professional and take time to answer any questions.

My children have been coming here since birth, so for 18 years. They give exceptional service, and create an environment that makes my kids feel comfortable. They truly care about my family and how we’re doing, and work with me when needed. Only one time did I try another dentist, and I’m not sure why, because it was awful. My kids jaws hurt them for months and had work done that they didn’t even need. Dr. Wade has been there dentist through all, and we truly appreciate him as well as the rest of staff.

Great people, friendly, patient and great with kids... Definitely love taking my kids here...

I love this place I have been going here for 17 years and it is a joy for my family and me. Many times we have had Them help us so good we are super happy we ‘re blessed to keep coming and Excellent service . Thank you

It was ok for the most part except for near the end some of the numbing had worn off and I felt some pain and had yelled out that it hurt and then one of the hygienist came in and said oh you can't feel that A couple times and then hit me in the arm a few times and asked if I could feel it which made me very upset as I felt as if I wasn't being taken seriously.

Dr. Wade is amazing dentist he’s so good with my kids and does a great job we also love Bailey the dental assistant she’s so patient with my autistic daughter and make her feel so comfortable.

I took my 3 year old son and it was the best experience, they treated him with kindness and were very friendly with with. The staff did awesome to make him feel comfortable. Very happy that I found this place.

All I can say is now im satisfied with my smile.
