I like the way the dentist keeps me at the center of visit, I am not just a TOOTH.. During surgery he kept me informed with what was going on and what will happen next.. Having a phobia of being held down and out of control makes it difficult for me when it comes to dentistry in general. His keeping me with him in the surgery (asking how I am doing, and how the pain is doing) is very helpfull. It makes me feel that the best is being done for me and that he is there for me if I need anything.

My experience with Layton Hills Dental was incredibly positive, I highly recommend them! Dr. Neville fit me in on very short notice. He worked through his lunch so that I wouldn't have to deal with the pain from my infected tooth, which needed a root canal. He was very reassuring and attentive when I let him know that I was nervous, and had excellent rapport with the dental assistants in the office.

First off I have the WORST anxiety about dentists offices. I genetically got "blessed" with bad teeth. After days of crying and hurting from a broken tooth, I got an appointment with Dr. Neville. His team and him had me calmed down within minutes of entering the office. They extracted the tooth in seconds and I didn't feel a thing. He also discussed future plans with me and put me at ease over the process and the cost. By far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I recommend this office to anyone who is afraid of dentists or get anxiety from going to the dentist. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and kind. I think I finally found a dentist office I can proudly call my dentist. Thank you to Dr. Neville and his amazing staff.

Dr. Palmer I just want to thank you so much for the awesome job you did on all nine crowns. After moving back from California I just couldn’t find a dentist that could do my teeth as good as I wanted I am very picky. In the five years I’ve been back I had a dentist in Ogden in Roy in Clearfield and they just couldn’t do as good of a job as I wanted. Then I went to Layton Hills dental care in Layton and OMG I found the best dentist ever Dr. Palmer. He is so great no one could do as good of a job as he did. So if you want your teeth to be perfect go to Dr. Palmer. Don’t just settle for just any dentist get the best dentist and that would be Dr. Palmer. I want everyone to be as happy as I am with their teeth. Remember the best facelift is getting your teeth done right and going to a dentist that can do that job and that would be Dr. Palmer. I just love his work and you would too so go to Dr. Palmer and be as happy as I am you will be so glad you did. Best dentist ever. This place is a joke. If you come here be ready to be over charged for everything. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They won’t send the proper documentation to your insurance and then will expect you to pay extra for that. Do your self a favor and avoid this place. My wife unfortunately was a patient here and she’ll never be back.

This place is rude. My mom is full asian & went there for a root canal today. She waited a full week in pain for her appointment because they said she could keep her tooth if she did but she went in & they took it out anyway. While they were doing it the assistant mentioned she was pursuing a career in doing nails instead. After that her & the dentist started mocking asian accents since mostly asian ladies do nails as a jobs. they did all of this while working on her RIGHT ABOVE HER FACE. They did not have a conversation with her or welcome her. This is so unprofessional. She came home hurt & in tears over this. My dad is full white went there & did not go through any of this. He got a nice welcoming conversation & stuff. If i could give zero stars I would.
