Dr. Baird has created such a positive culture in his office with his entire staff it is unbelievable. They are all so positive, warm and friendly. I’m not sure going to the dentist is anyone’s favorite activity, but this group of folks have found a way to make it a positive experience. They are the ultimate professionals. Dr. Baird has always been able to solve my dental problems. With my genetics, some have been quite out of the ordinary. Somehow they always make me feel like they are interested in my entire well being, not just the cavity in my tooth.
