Every time I have needed to get in to see a dentist they have been very helpful!!! I’ve been working with dr Gordon for over15 years, as well as his other dentist.. Staff wonder and understanding!!! Love them and I still go to them!!!!

I used to love this place but the new doctors seem to be struggling. A year ago I got a cavity filled and he told me if I still had pain after 3-4 weeks I needed to call back… I found that weird because in the past pain had only lasted a couple days. A month passed and I still couldn’t chew anything on my left side of my mouth so I went back. He tried to fix it but the pain was still there, here I am 9 months later and that tooth still causes me intense pain. I went back twice to have it fixed and nothing ever changed. These guys are nice but unfortunately I won’t be going back.

Update 3/8/22: Just got a cavity turned root canal done by Dr. Brown. He and his assistant were gentle, took extra care with their work, and I literally did not feel a thing the entire time. Super happy with my experience! Original post: I've now visited here several times and have received exceptional care. Dr. Gordon shows a high level of empathy and desire to do everything he can to make each visit as painless, pleasant, and productive as possible.

I have had the best experience in this office. Dr Brown is so kind and patient, and the staff are amazing. The cleanings are super thorough too. So grateful I found this dental office.

Gordon pushed for a root canal on a cavity I had. New dentist redid his root canal and found he left gauze under the crown! Nice guy but our new dentist saw the old films and said that tooth didn’t need a root canal. Tough mistake and paying the consequences now.

Dr. Gordon (and his staff) were seriously the best ever!! He was very very thorough and took a lot of time with me to answer questions and concerns. He genuinely seemed interested in my experiences with TMJ and wanted to help as much as he could. He was polite, pleasant, and understanding. I’d highly recommend him and his office!

Dr Gordon has always gone above and beyond to take care of my families dental needs. He is so caring, gentle and kind. Recently we saw one of the new Dr’s. Dr Criddle. I was equally impressed with his care.

We love everything about Gordon Family Dental. They get our family’s teeth cleaned very fast and efficiently. Their dental work is beautiful. The hygienists are so kind and professional. The ladies up front are always one step ahead with their precise organization of appointments and dealing with insurance. Our kids love it here too! Dr. Gordon and Dr. Brown are amazing and I recommend them to everyone.

I hate writing this review but I had a long string of bad luck with this office. the people and the dentist are so so nice but the bad dental work I had here has cost me thousands and a whole lot of pain. In all fairness it wasn’t dr Gordon that had made the mistakes, it was the dentist he employed there, dr call. I didn’t have a single dental issue when I went in other than a gap in my teeth that was bothering me and all he had to do was fill it. I remember him drilling on the lower and the drill resting on my top tooth as well. I also remember thinking it was weird there wasn’t any water while he was drilling but chalked it up to my paranoia. After that visit I had severe pain for a month but due to it being holidays they could get in to help me. I went to another dr to find out I needed two root canals and crowns which was a direct result of the tool getting too hot and burning my roots (since he didn’t use water). So I came in without problems and left with two major, expensive issues. The dentist also ignored my concerns about my pain and put a new crown on just to be told later I needed the root canal and would have to put a hole through the brand new crown. The dr tried to make good on this by making me a new crown but problem is he used his own machine to save money instead of replacing the better quality one I had mad in the lab. It’s a poor fit and leaves gaps between the tooth and gums which will cause me problems later and also shreds my floss. Even though this crown had poor contact the dentist didn’t say anything and called it good. Anyway just a whole lot of bad practice here. I personally would find a better doctor. I see a new one now who is a perfectionist and an amazing dentist recommended to me by the dr I used to work for.

Just had my teeth cleaned here and had a very enjoyable experience. Erin was my dental hygienist and she was SO SWEET. They really care about you there and really take the time to get to know you. Highly recommend 👍

Dr. Gordon and his staff are the best! They are very family oriented and make painful situations much more pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Gordon is a fantastic dentist! After a week of bad dental luck, I was so grateful to have all my issues taken care of. The entire team are great listeners, and they so their best to find the best outcome. I appreciate how they explained options and steps in the process clearly.

Best dentist I've ever had.

My first experience here my out of town dentist diagnosed a cavity and Gordon Family Dental filled it. A simple and pleasant appointment. I then came 6 months later for a normal checkup. I was extremely disappointed with my entire experience. The first 45 minutes of my appt was taken up in the hygenist trying to convince me to choose SRP, which would be an extra hundred dollars and 2-3 more follow-up appointments. She claimed that my gums were past gingivitus (have never experienced pain in my gums) and that this would be essential. By the time I opted out of this deep cleaning, she hardly cleaned my teeth (which is what I'd come for in the first place). I was also disappointed that Dr Hill did not spend much time examining my tooth health, but only looked at an x-ray and recommended an elective filling (I already have enough problems with my teeth, I don't have time/money to opt for elective procedures). Overall, I'm disappointed in my overall experience, and felt like I was taken advantage of as a new patient.

They might be really nice here, but everything is about the upsell at this place. Just get a 2nd opinion before they sit down with you about all the things you need to do out of pocket. Borderline preying on uninformed consumers. We’ve had 4 dentists in 6 years due to moves/jobs and never had thousands of dollars thrown in our face, especially about extra sedation charges. Bogus, we have great insurance, too. We’ll be taking the kids for a 2nd opinion for sure. Be wary of what you commit to behind their friendly balance sheet.

I’ve been going to Gordon Family Dental since they first opened and couldn’t ask for a better dentist. Dr Gordon is always so nice and genuinely cares about your well being. Dr Hill is also the perfect addition to this office, he is just as wonderful as Dr Gordon and his work with my daughter’s teeth has been great, especially because she tends to be more on the anxious side. Everyone you encounter at this office is so wonderful! Keep up the great work!

Everyone at the office was very friendly. Tera was the best dental hygienist and let me talk her ear off. Also I appreciated her giving my teeth sensitivities a priority. She applied a little sensitive tooth paste before and then I had a pain free teeth cleaning which hasn’t happened in years.

We have been looking for a good dentist for a long time and I am happy to say we found an amazing one at Gordon Family Dental! Rebecca did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and was so kind!
