They were Amazing!!! I broke a front tooth & my long time dentist wouldn't get me in asap.( they said 2 weeks for an emergency?? Huh? ) Its a front tooth!! But i googled other dentists & found them( Lucky Me ) . Salt lake family dental accommodated to me & what had happened even though they had never met me before . But that didn't matter. (Patients & there health & needs come first here) They were able to get me in within 20 min of calling. Now that's a Dental office I want to be a patient for. It was top notch customer service !! They were so kind & nice !! You could tell the dentist was a perfectionist & was so knowledgeable he had my tooth fixed in less than 5 minutes🤣. I am excited to transfer my records here now because of all this, & how good they treated me ( My own dentist couldnt even help me & could've cared less it was a front tooth I broke or to make time for me somewhere In there busy day let alone not even 5 minutes😳😤😱 ) they lost a patient because of how bad they treated me.!! By far the best dentist visit I've ever had. The entire team is multifaceted, very knowledgeable and helpful. Very warm and professional team. Each one of them went above what I would have expected especially being my first time at the office. Addressed some issues I didn't even come in for. I love this place! I have been coming here for about 10 years! The staff is the same staff (plus a few additions) from the beginning! Their prices are fair and the work Dr Williamson performs is top notch! I have never had to return for a fix (not even for a crown)! And they make your crowns on-site while you wait!!!
