I have always loved my smile until I knocked my front tooth out. The new tooth made my teeth move and start to overlap BUT Dr. Blake set me up with Invisalign and my smile is more beautiful then before. Thank you to his staff and the easy process of Invisalign!

Everyone is always happy and great with our kids. We love how they remember us and are kind about cleaning sensitive teeth.

We have sent all of our friends, family, and even coworkers to him, Some them make an hr commute. Dr Blake and staff are worth the trip. You can rely he is always upfront and honest, never "up selling" or adding on unseen cost

DO NOT GO HERE! The staff is awful. So mean. Not compassionate at all. You walk in the door and feel like a huge burden to them. I have never been treated that way anywhere. Especially Dianne. Looking through other reviews and talking with others who recommended this dentist office it looks like many people have had the same issue with her. I have friends who went there once and never went back because of her as well. I have family who dreads having to go into the office and deal with her. Dr Blake was great, so I'm really sad that we had to go elsewhere. Wish they would get better staff. This was not just 1 or 2 visits either. Me and my family were patients for years and just couldn't take it anymore.

I am very disappointed in the quality of dental work I received. I had a filling fall out only months after getting it "repaired". Reception was unfriendly and gave me the run around when I called to schedule an appointment to fix their faulty work, and billing was unwilling to even negotiate a fair price. Waste of time & money. Save yourself the toothache!

The dentist is really good. However the lady that does the billing in the office is horrible at her job. She doesn't bill insurance correctly. She is rude and doesn't take accountability for her mistakes. I find myself doing her job or she will expect you to pay for her mistakes. It's happened to me a few times now. I'm in the market for a new dentist. My insurance is Regence I pay alot for my insurance I don't want to pay twice 🙃 😒

Dr. Blake is a great dentist and his staff is amazing! All the assistants and hygienists are knowledgeable and and fun! Tami and Wendy in the front office are so kind and helpful with insurance and scheduling. The office manager does not treat others with much respect and said she doesn’t like my name… 🤷‍♀️😂 that’s the only downside to this otherwise great office!

I can’t give Dr. Blake enough praise!! He is simply THE MOST AMAZING dentist. I have 5 kids from ages 22-4 years old. They LOVE coming here and never complain about going to the dentist! I have been to many other dentists over the years, and Dr. Blake is by far THE BEST in Utah. I love how they take their time with exams, explain everything to you, and are absolutely incredible with scared children. They gave me a choice if I wanted to use nitro (laughing gas) for my 4 year old. They explained the whole process and she did not even need a numbing shot. It went perfect and they were awesome with her. She was relaxed watching a disney movie while getting her fillings. My teeth also never hurt here after my cleanings, they are so gentle with your gums!! I cannot recommend this place enough! The office managers are amazing and all the staff is super sweet, caring, and great at their job. :)

I have never had a good experience with this dentist. I have had multiple nerves hit and done nothing about, crowns broken and fallen off within 24hrs and cavities only half filled, leaving nerves exposed. When sensitive nerves have been brought up, multiple time, I was recommended expensive toothpaste instead of fixing the exposed nerves. I have had ALL teeth done by Blake redone by my new dentist.

Cleanings have been fine, but today my husband went in and they did x-rays without asking him even though they did them 6 months ago. Our insurance only covers it once a year so we got charged extra. They have also scheduled his appointments before the 6 month mark and we had to pay for the cleaning out of pocket then also. I feel like these are things they could easily check and usually do, just not consistently.

Fastest, most efficient drills in town! From the time Dr. Blake walked in to the time he left, it took 13 minutes to do 3 fillings, and that's with the chatting before and after! I have never been happier walking out of a dentist's office. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Dr. Blake for over 15 years and he is amazing!! I really hated having cavities filled when I was little but Dr. Blake and his staff really made me feel safe and eased the horror I felt with dental work. Every time I had to have something done I was given a step by step run through of the procedure which helped a lot. They've really made it a positive experience for me.

I really appreciate there customer service they meet all your needs dr blake is the absolute best him and his team are super nice and get the job done fast and easy.

First off, let me just say, I have never had a good experience at a Dentist, let alone, a great experience, and I hate going more than I hate communism. That being said, I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Blake, most recently, having 3 cavities filled. For context, I have a very low tolerance pain threshold, even lower than my tolerance for BS. And my experience started off with reassurance from the staff that everything would be fine. I went in to my procedure, filled with dread and hopelessness. In the end though, I left with a successful procedure and a new found love for Dr. Blake and his staff. The procedure itself ended up being painless due to the numbing techniques and steady hand of Dr. Blake. I lay there listening to music and before I knew it, it was all over. As I sit here writing this review, I am still pain free, my mouth is getting back to normal, and I have no lasting side effects such as a completely numb mouth and tongue like I've had with other Dentists. My mouth feels great and I am at peace knowing these cavities aren't going to turn in to something worse having put them off for fear of a botched operation. I am extremely grateful to the front office staff, dental assistants, Diana in the billing office and Dr. Blake himself, mostly for caring enough about me to almost force the procedure and second, for the way they took care of me both pre and post appointment. I literally could not recommend them with any more fervor than I am attempting to convey and it is safe to say that I am almost looking forward to my next procedure. Thank you Dr. Blake and thank you to your staff for taking care of me mentally, spiritually and physically.

I have been seeing Dr. Blake and his staff for 10 years now. They are always friendly, make me feel comfortable and take extra care at each appointment. I started coming here after having some bad experiences with other dental providers, and I haven’t had a bad appointment yet. Dr. Blake is so honest, and never tries to sell you on a treatment you don’t absolutely need. I never hesitate to recommend them.

I had been told by a previous dentist that I would need 2 crowns. I had never had any before so I was nervous about if I really needed them. I called Dr. Blake's office because they had great reviews and asked if I could come in for a consultation and see if he agreed with my dentist. They asked about my pain and got me in a couple hours later! They worked with me on my lunch break and were so friendly! Dr. Blake and the hygienist talked in depth about their treatment plan they recommended (which was the same as the other dentist luckily!) I was given a quote for their services and everyone answered all of my questions in depth. If for whatever reason I don't go to my current dentist, I will definitely go here! Very impressed and highly recommend. Also i have huge dental anxiety if that helps to show how great they are in making me feel comfortable!

Another dental appointment...another stellar experience! Kandace is the best hygienist...friendly, great sense of humor, and makes the typically uncomfortable dental visit enjoyable. Dr. Blake is a straight-shooter and also has a good of sense of humor. Diana is easily the most on-point administrator I've worked with. She's very knowledgeable in working with insurances and excellent at explaining options. The receptionists have routinely been friendly. The automated texts are helpful.

Dr. Heath is by far the most honest dentist I've been to, he explains things very well and does good work. Everyone in the office is really nice, always happy to answer questions and help with concerns. My kids like to go here, they even feel comfortable getting their cleanings! I'm very happy and I highly recommend this dentistry to any one looking for an honest dentist a happy helpful stuff.
