Dr esplin never even introduced himself I had to ask him twice what his name was.when I went to ask him a question he continued walked out only time he spoke was to tell the nurse what codes to use for the insurance

You missed 5 cavities on my xray… and I didn’t need surgical cleaning. I saved 700.00 going elsewhere. Why did you over look those cavities. There was literally a cavity right next to the tooth you put a crown on!!!!Now I gotta get poked with those needles all over again. Update…. 6 months later my crown still hurts!!!!!!!!! No root canal was done… I’m never getting a crown ever again!!!!! Waste of money!!!!!! I guess I will just have the tooth pulled. It was probably not put on correct!

I was traveling from southern Utah to to northern Utah and my crown popped loose, I called perfect smile and they had me scheduled 2 hrs. Later on the same day. Dr. Blane Jackson had my crown re attached and I was happily going back down the road. I paid as a cash customer and the services rendered were very affordable and all of the staff were very sweet, kind and professional. I highly recommend perfect smile dentistry!.

The attitude of the staff is good overall. However, they don't listen. My daughter needed two fillings. I told them to use composite, I was paying for it after all. My child, my money, they need to listen to me. They told me that they would use the composite, and they DIDN'T! They used amalgam fillings. We will never be going back to them.

I was not impressed by Dr Trey Esplin. While the building is big and smells beautiful, I had tooth ache which I was referred to a specialist in Spanish Fork for possible 2 rooth canals. I just wanted this fixed from being in pain all weekend. I found Dr Bailey who adjusted my bite which was hitting high from new crowns in front 3 weeks ago. I'm glad I found a 2nd opinion, and didn't have to have any root canals! I was bruising my own teeth. Trey is nice but young and was afraid to do anything. I will not be returning here. It got 2 stars for the fun arcade games and the lemon smell.
