This place straight up cheated me! I work at lila canyon mine. Family dental accepts our insurance. However asked me to pay out of pocket 71$ ( after the visit so I owed the money even though I told them I didn't want to pay out of pocket) then when the insurance sent them the check it was for the agreed amount based on their contracts 44$. Less than I was asked to pay. I was to be paid back by the insurance 71$ except it went to the dental place 2 months ago I have yet to see the check. And even if I do they will be getting paid double from me and my insurance. I would say to live with your dental needs or go to Somalia you'll get better service. Pirates and all.

All the staff were very helpful in any questions i had. They made me feel very comfortable because when i went in there i was very nervous. The dentist did an amazing job plus they had netflix on the tv so you got to pick your own show to watch. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing and the staff is very friendly! They are even open on Saturdays (which is very helpful when you have a busy schedule). Dr. Colton B. Martinez is very helpful in answering and addressing any concerns you may have. He fitted my teeth and went through the process of Invisalign with me and I absolutely love my teeth now! I will not go anywhere else for my dental concerns!

Visit #1- Went in for a cleaning and exam, and to have a consultation regarding a old broken molar crown. Seemed to go well so I made an appointment for a week later to have it removed and fitted for another crown. Visit#2- Had Crown Removed and fitted for new cap, put on a temporary aluminum one. They said my $400.00+ permanent one would be in about 2 weeks. I waited 3 1/2 weeks to hear back from them and the temporary was very large and painful. I was frustrated and called the office on a tuesday. They state because the monday (the day before ) was a holiday they haven't received it yet and would give ....... 1 week later I still had not't heard from them so I called the office to cancel everything and get my refund. the girl said that they didn't have the right number for me ??????? I put it down on my documents properly so I don't know how they could have not had the right number... nice try, ( I also asked for a copy of my files later out of curiosity my phone number was correct) ... I thought I guess if its in then we might as well put it on. Visit #3- The $400.00+ porcelain veneer cap didn't even fit so he had to re- fit and re-order another... I was so frustrated.. at least he put a better fitting temp on that time but unfortunately it fell off 3 days later. so I had no tooth cover on my molar for 2 more weeks.. Visit #4- Finally it fit and he glued it on!!.... I told him it felt a little to tall he drilled it down a little and did the bite test he said it should be fine. I thought maybe it was just because I hadn't had a proper tooth there for a wile that maybe it just felt that way. ... :( GGGrrr! one week later i had sharp pains in that area and temperature sensitivity.. I went to a different dentist X-rays showed an actual fracture from the tooth being to big and the compression of my bite. - freaking horrible!

While the staff was absolutely wonderful. The dentist was not. He was so rough m. He jerked my head side to side hard to feel for "cancer" is what he said and he banged on my teeth and smacked the roof of my mouth with an instrument. The "cleaning" they did was only polish. That is literally all the cleaning was. It was absolutely terrible and his equipment is so old school the xrays were ridiculous. Never going again
