I have NEVER had bad experience with anyone in the entire business. It is small and cozy!! Mary is a delight! Anne is not terrible when she calls for pmt. (Which most are). The dental assistants are very friendly. Nobody likes to go to the dentist, but if you gotta go, this is the place!

My opinion of this place is very low. It's my opinion that this guy hooks you into his dental plan and then does whatever he wants to keep you on it and paying. The customer is no longer right. I went in years ago with a tooth that desperately needed pulled. It was gross. I was sick from it. The only way to get work done was with a dental plan is what they said. I was willing to try it. I wanted to better my teeth for looks and to be healthy. I think went in a total of four times and everytime I was there Dr Olsen would open up a new tooth to be worked on. He ignored the problem tooth I kept asking about. He just opened up teeth and created new openings for crowns. I asked each time to do the tooth that was bothering me the most. And he would do his own thing. I felt like I had no choice in what was to happen when I was the one who would be paying. As soon as he finally pulled the tooth I wanted, I left to never go back with more work needing done than before. Now I needed expensive crowns on the teeth he had worked on. I was very unsatisfied and felt like taken advantage of. I even sent him a letter about my experience though I was just hit with a bill I felt I should not pay and I didnt. Years later. . . I am now paying dearly and I don't dare go to a dentist. It's the 2nd situation like this I've been in with a dentist. Don't let them take advantage of you.
