My sister recommended Dr. Francis and his staff to me, and my first visit was such a pleasure. I had some staining/tartar that I was very concerned about, but Ceri got it all cleaned up for me and I had zero cavities! What a relief! My teeth look so much better. She's a miracle worker.

My sister and I had a great experience getting our teeth cleaned here! The assistants are so fast and so nice and make everyone feel comfortable. We love coming here and trust them to take care of us!

I really appreciate his honesty- he never suggests work to be done that is not essential. Suri has been our dental hygienist and has amazing attention to detail. All of their staff is wonderful to work with!

Dr. Francis’s office is the greatest! I have gone to him since I was a kid. As an adult I have since been to 3 other dentists because of insurance but I had such bad experiences that I decided it was worth paying extra to go back to him even though he was out of network. But it turned out that Dr. Francis is so conservative, that even when he was out of network for me I SAVED MONEY going to him over the dentist who was covered by Medicaid (because the Medicaid dentist did a bunch of upgrades and unnecessary things without properly explaining it to me). Dr. Francis is so honest, easy going and nice, and knowledgeable. And his assistant Ceri is one of my favorite people! She could talk your ear off or listen to you talk all day. She remembers people and is so easy to talk to and GREAT with kids. And Connie and Debbie in the office are always sweet and helpful. My husband has switched from his family dentist and we take our kids to Dr. Francis instead of the pediatric dentist who we had a bad experience with. I can’t say enough good things! Absolutely recommend!

A friend and coworker recommended Dr. Francis and his staff to me over 20 years ago. I am still going to their office and highly recommend them! Debbie always greets you with a smile and knows your name. Ceri's quick wit and gentle hands while cleaning are what everyone hopes they will find in a dental hygienist. Most important, Dr. Francis takes time to listen to any concern and does a thorough exam. I look forward to my visits and know that you will too!

Dr. Francis is absolutely, bar-none, the BEST, most honest dentist I have ever been to!! He is down to earth and professional. He does wonderful work, and will NEVER recommend unneeded work. He’s done everything from simple check-ups to cavity’s to wisdom teeth for me, and I absolutely trust and recommend him!!!

i Couldn’t be happier. I just came down to Rosarito all the way from Utah to get my teeth done and they turned out great. Dr. Francis and her mother Are very nice and gave me a root canal, post and crown along with 11 fillings. I got my x-rays, work up and plan done in Utah and emailed it to her. She speaks English quite well and has the appropriate tools for the job. Not a huge office but it works just fine. I’m so grateful to not be in pain!!!!!

Just finished getting a crown. I’ve had two previous crowns, and both were miserable processes. I was dreading this one, but I learned that I had nothing to worry about. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with getting a crown! Two hours, start to finish, and it’s all done. Dr. Bill and his staff are THE BEST! Thanks for making today a positive experience!

I absolutely love this dental office. Dr. Francis is very conservative in treatment and Cery is the absolutely best hygienist EVER. I have a lotof anxiety when it comes to people in my mouth, but she takes me on a guided meditation to the beach. 🌴 I highly recommend this office.

We had a dentist in California recommend over $3000 of care for my 13 year old daughter (cavities, root canal, deep cleaning, and more). We decided to see Dr. Francis on our trip to Utah for a second opinion . He was able to educate us thoroughly on what was there and really needed, a $200 cavity fill. Not only are we very grateful for them saving us $2800, but he and his staff we so professional and friendly. We decided to have our 4 kids and my wife and I see him on our trips to Utah. He is an excellent, thorough , honest dentist with fair prices and great staff . Thank you Francis Dental.

Dr. Bill has been our dentist since my husband was 10 years old. With 20+ years with him, we've always been impressed. They are honest, extremely knowledgable and the other staff are top-notch. Every experience with the dentist can be a great one with Dr. William Francis.

Come to Francis Dental if you would like a dentist who is careful not to over-treat or do unnecessary work. This is not the dentist for you if you wish to pay for fillings that may not really be needed. I appreciate knowing that though there are potential cavities in my mouth, they may not become actual cavities for 5 or 10 or more years. This was news to me after seeing several dentists on both the West and East Coasts. Dr. Francis will not fill them simply to keep himself busy, he will monitor them for years. No unnecessary dental work at this office. Ceri, the dental assistant is the most well-informed assistant I have ever met. I felt some concern about one of my teeth and she explained what she saw in my x-rays so clearly and so well that when Dr. Francis came in to talk through my x-rays, it was all a review. Ceri, the assistant, is just that knowledgeable and capable!
