I came to Dr. Brad with a locked jaw and extreme pain from TMJ. If anyone has had TMJ they know it’s so hard to find someone to treat and fix the problem. I was on muscle relaxants and naproxen but no one was fixing the actual problem. I got an MRI and got a device to move my jaw forward and it was a slow process but I just trusted the team and did everything he said. I got out of the device early! I can now eat normally. I’m now in the orthodontic phase and moving my teeth to match my jaw alignment. I was nervous to do invisalign again since that’s what created my TMJ. But I trust Dr. Brad and I am still doing everything he says. Jamie is phenomenal and responds to all my questions and concerns and always works with my schedule. I am a nurse so my schedule is complicated. I am so grateful for the entire team and highly recommend them to anyone struggling with TMJ. My only negative is I wish I had found them sooner. I love seeing Dr. Brad and his staff at Desert Rose! In addition to my regular dental cleanings, I was able to treat my TMJ and jaw alignment issues with appliances/orthodontics, as an adult, and avoid expensive surgery. I don’t have pain and can breathe so much better now. The office is inviting, the staff is very friendly, and they treat you like a friend. I couldn’t recommend this office enough.

I've had TMJ problems since I was 19. I'd spent upwards of 20k seeing the top specialists for treatment and never received relief or improvement. I even tried expensive stem cell treatments which did nothing. Every few years I'd Google TMJ treatments to see if there were any new technologies that might be available to help me but I'd pretty much given up hope. In 2021 I came across an ad on a Google search for Desert Rose Dental that caught my attention and decided to give them a try and am SO happy I did! The relief and improvement I've had feels nothing short of a miracle to me after almost 25 years of suffering from my TMJ. It might sound cliche but the staff is professional and friendly and Dr. Bradford is a superhero to me! I'd be very happy to personally answer any questions someone might have and share my experience if they come across this review and are considering treatment at Desert Rose Dental.

Dr. Brad & team really care about the whole patient. Highly recommend if you need preventative care or more jaw related help. Help with airway management & sleep issues have been very valuable to me. Highly recommend Rose Creek Dental them.

I have only received services from two other dentists in my past, but this is by far the best dentist office I have received care from. I highly recommend.

I was treated very well by the whole staff at Desert Rose Dental. They made sure that I got the care that I needed in a timely manner and I really appreciated it. They made me a priority and did a great job with their service. 10/10 recommend coming here.

DO NOT go to this place! My husband was in extreme pain and was able to get in, but the dentist didn't even do an xray to determine what was really going on. He simply looked at the tooth, did a little tapping on it and just referred him to a different dentist. He didn't offer anything for pain relief or anything else. He is not friendly and seems to just be there for the money. He doesn't seem to really care about his patients or their well being. We will NEVER be coming back to this office or any office that this dentist works at.

Helped my 9 year old son with TMJ and got him a brace for night time it's helped so far. He also pointed out a few things other Dr didn't tell me about so now I can get my son better healthcare he needs. Thank you

I have suffered TMJ, migraines, insomnia, neck and back pain since I was 16 years old and have been seen by doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, and other dentists with no lasting results for healing. As a teenager, my parents knew I was too young for so many problems and we had no idea all of this stemmed from an oral condition. After finally receiving some answers to the cause of my health issues, we were steered to dental orthopedic appliance treatment. We are so happy we found Dr. Brad and Desert Rose Dental!! For the first time in several years, I can sleep, I can take care of my home & work responsibilities, I feel so much better!! Dr. Brad and his staff are amazing! They are genuine, compassionate and truly care about the health and well-being of their patients. They have treated me holistically! They treat me like family. I highly recommend Dr. Brad and his team at Desert Rose Dental!

I would not recommend "Dr. Brad"... he was more fixated on figuring out what my ethnic background was rather than figuring out why I had scheduled a dental visit. It's been over a year since I had work done and my fillings are still painful, I suffer from sensitivity to hot and cold foods/liquids and I can't chew properly when I eat certain foods because it hurts to bite down. Response to Owner: Yes, you would have me on file under my maiden name... I appreciate the offer but I visited a new clinic where they were able to fix the problem and who did not make my visit uncomfortable... ✌

I've been a Desert Rose Dental patient since they opened in 2010. Dr Nelson was awesome, Dr Brad picked up where she left off and is also awesome. The staff though, kept me coming back when the dentists switched- they're the best

Dr Brad is the best in the industry. I was having tmj and lock jaw issues and he was the only dentist to actually recommend something that fixed the problem. Everyone on the office is super nice and helpful.

I have bad experience there. I went there two times for cleaning first visit was not bad but she cleaned my teeth and than I went home and checked my teeth it was same nothing was changed. I am drinking coffee and I have stains . They were not gone. Second visit it was painful and teeth cleaning person put cleaning water in my nose, ears and than my t-shirtshe was laughing what she did to me and she said sorry. She brushed my teeth 3 times with powerful brush after she cleaned I had bleeding gum and sensitive teeth.

Horrible service

I unequivocally recommend Dr. Brad for the latest in palatal reformation and expansion in Utah and really in the West. He continues to press for the optimal treatments for his patients and leads the cutting edge in this exciting and exploratory field. He has a way of explaining things that is very honest and sincerely wishes for the best for ALL his patients. Dr. Brad is a very hard worker and has concerns for his patients' optimal treatment outcomes. There is no one I am aware of more versed in adult palatal expansion options and treatment protocols, which is a very difficult thing. He also treats children in a careful and dedicated manner. He does not blindly treat, but is savy in decisions. He relies on the latest in technology advances and carefully reviews the results of CBCT scans with patients. He definitely knows more than orthodontists in this field and pursues safe and effective options that are newly unfolding. Obviously, I think very highly of Dr. Brad and he is very personable. I expect and hope for all the best for him and his practice and family. Utah is lucky to have him.
