First and foremost I’m insecure when it comes to my teeth I have several damaged teeth but my concern was I chipped my front tooth recently. I looked around online but it was the office of Dr. Ogden that took care of me. The front desk lady was courteous, professional, and kind. Unexpectedly she was with me throughout the entire process. Dr. Ogden was the first person I saw as I entered the doors and he greeted me. I felt welcomed throughout the time I was there. My mouth does need work but they focused on my primary concern without turning attention to my other teeth. My tooth looks normal, feels normal, and I love it. I’m satisfied. I had no insurance and they worked with me without making me feel pressured or stressed. The office carried on a conversation through the process of me being worked on and I felt at peace knowing they were able to focus, laugh, and enjoy what they did. My smile was repaired. Dr. Ogden assured me that I had a great smile and if I needed his services he said he’s always there. I would return again and again. It just fills my heart knowing there are people out there that love what they do. I’ve gone ahead and signed up for cleaning services and am excited to see what else can be done to improve my smile even more. Thank you Dr. Ogden and his front desk lady/aide.

They got me in to pull a tooth last minute and was in a chair within an hour of calling. They were so patient, kind and accommodating. The overall genuine care i received was well beyond any expectations i could have ever had. The staff followed up with a text checking on me the following day even. Very personable yet totally professional. An excellent experience! A+ service! It all started when I was in Roosevelt visiting family and planning on attending a Christmas party the next day. The night before the party I lost a rather large filling from a molar. Being 3 hours from home and at the beginning of a long Christmas weekend made it all the worse. I was in a bind! I started calling a few offices around town, but no one in town was willing to help me out. I figured I would be living with a messed up mouth during the entire Christmas weekend. About the time I was going to give up I was given Dr. Ogden’s name and I immediately called him. Although it was after hours and his office was closed for the rest of the week he told me he would be happy to help me out first thing in the morning! I was so relieved! In spite of the fact that this was his day off and he likely had holiday plans of his own he was at the office as promised and ready to fix me up. Although this was my first time meeting Dr. Ogden he greeted me with a big friendly smile and treated me like a long time patient! I was particularly impressed by his thoroughness and willingness to explain every step of the procedure. He was not there to just give me a temporary fix and send me on my way, but rather to do the job right. I enjoyed my visit to his office and I would highly recommend Dr. Ogden to anyone in the Uintah Basin looking for a smart, friendly and honest dentist who takes pride in taking good care of his patients!

While visiting family in Roosevelt a couple of weekends ago, I found myself with the worst tooth/jaw pain that I have ever experienced. Local hospital staff provided me with the names of several dentists, but were pretty clear that these dentists did not keep weekend office hours and that my chances of reaching any of them before Monday were bleak. Dr. Ogden was the last of several phone calls that I made late Saturday evening and was the only one that answered the phone. Despite the fact that he was out of town, he went above and beyond to help me find another dentist. Dr. Ogden, thank you so much for taking my call and going out of your way to help me!

Dr. Ogden was awesome. Not only did he meet me on a Sunday to get me out of pain, but he scheduled me in right away to fix the problem. His assistant called and checked on me the next day. I could go on and on but this was definitely the best experience I've had with any dentist. I will never go to anybody else. Thanks so much. Oh.....and it didn't cost thousands of dollars.
