Went into Dr. Smith’s office on family recommendation for a failed tooth implant. They recommended to reuse my implant tooth that was in perfect shape in order to reduce cost and time. Hopefully it stays on. It was way cheaper than the alternative option and I am glad Dr. Smith suggested this because it saved me lots of money! Happy that I found a dentist I could rely on! (His son is also a dentist so if Dr. Smith is not available for emergency cases, I would try his son’s office!)

I have been going to Dr. Smith since I was a child. But they are the worst now! The office manager was rude, called me names, and refused to let me speak to Dr. Smith. They billed me over twice as much than they quoted me, when I asked if I could do payments the office manager said yes and I asked if there would be any fees, interest, or other charges to do that and she said no. After my fist two payments they send me a bill with "finance charges." When I called about that the office manager said she never told me that and that she wouldn't do anything. When I asked to speak to Dr. Smith she refused to let me speak to him. She kept calling me a bully and accused me of assuming or jumping to conclusions; even though she explicitly told me no when I asked about any extra fees, interest, or charges. Then she threatened to send my remaining balance to collections because I was trying to bully her, even though I have never been late on a payment. This same general story has also happened to my parents so it's not just me.
