My partner went here for services and was overcharged for services due to them actively making the choice to provide services that are out of network. When the claim was sent in they didn't provide a refund and instead charged us again. Don't go here they have a poor booking service and won't properly inform you of things that they will do to you to over charge you.

As a new SLC resident, I was in need for a new dentist and the team at Salt Lake Modern Dentistry did not disappoint! Rubi was personable and caring and I really enjoyed her help throughout my appointment. Kwangmee did a great job during my teeth cleaning and even recommended some new restaurants to try! Dr. Singh also showed great patient care by guiding me through the process of an unexpected procedure I had to get done. Special thank you to Marichan for explaining the costs and explaining everything as I was new to the process. Overall, I would highly recommend Salt Lake Modern Dentistry—this was the best dentist appointment I’ve had in years!

Yesterday was my first time as a new patient here and I loved my experience! Everyone was incredibly nice but Dr. Singh, Venus (assistant), and Kwangmee (hygienist) went above and beyond! They all tried to get to know me, make connections with me and make me feel welcome. I’m for sure coming back not only for the level of professionalism and knowledge they have, but for how they make me feel. Ps, I also loved how after Dr Singh discussed my situation and next steps, there was someone right there with me (didn’t even have to move) to discuss my benefits and insurance costs, etc. Very helpful and clear!

Just moved to SLC and very happy with my visit. Dr. Singh and all staff were so nice, patient, and knowledgeable. Kwangmee was very thorough and was such a warm welcome!

I bought a set of dentures and the same front tooth came out 5 times in less than a year. They even sent me to the lab that made them and still, day before vacation again it comes out. When I told them I wanted a e fund I was told after a year a refund wasn’t possible. When I informed her it had not been a year it was , ‘even after 6 months’ no refunds are possible. Need dentures do not walk awayRUN!

They have helped both me and my wife with our dental work for two years now, professional and friendly staff makes appointments go by quickly. Dr Singh is excellent and knowledgeable.

Wonderfully friendly staff! Very clean and easy to find location. I honestly can not express how nervous I felt walking into a dentist office after so many years, every single person I talked with made me feel a bit more at ease and in control of my treatment. By the time I left I felt like I truly was cared for. I can without hesitation say I no longer fear the dentist. From the million questions Coral (the receptionist) kindly answered, Nasha (the dental assistant) who kept me laughing even though I was terrified, Dr. Singh who was gentle and knowledgeable, Kwangmee (the hygienist) who worked speedy, detailed and lovingly, to Marichen (office manager) who set me up with a practical payment plan. Highest thanks to each and every one of these lovely individuals who made my entire experience almost pain free.

This place is a scam. They appear super nice and friendly, but they will try to squeeze all your money out by recommending root canal to everyone who walks in with minor tooth problems like a cavity. I heard them recommending root canal procedure to the patients on either side of the room I was in. Very disappointing to see people driven by money and greed. I will not trust or recommend this establishment.

My experience was awesome!! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Coral was very helpful during the checkout process. I really like the new and modern technology that was offered at this office. Dr. Singh's hygienist was thorough and made my teeth and gums so much healthier than when I walked in! Thank you! I would definitely recommend.

From the moment I stepped into the office I felt like my dental health was the priority of the team. Chantelle made the imaging process a breeze and was patient and attentive to my many questions! Dr. Singh struck an excellent balance of professionalism and friendliness, explained what needed to be done in detail, and left me feeling like I stepped into the right place. I am no longer on the search for a great dentist, Salt Lake Modern Dentistry is the place!

I don't think anyone loves going to the dentist but Dr. Donoso made it as pleasant an experience as possible. Honestly the whole staff were really kind and welcoming. Chantelle and Rubi were super kind and helped distract me from all the hands in my mouth. Cora took the time to help me understand how my insurance worked and the payment process before I had any work done because I was really worried about unexpected costs. They were upfront about everything and kind and honest. Really all you can ask from a company. This was also the first time at a medical practice where the entire team working with me was female. So exciting and refreshing to see. Thanks ladies!!

Went here for my new-patient exam and found the staff to be helpful and friendly! I don’t do super well with x-rays, but Rubi did an awesome job accommodating, and getting it done quickly. All of the staff were great throughout the visit. Will go back again…. hopefully not too often haha.

Moved to SLC a year ago and have been going to SLMD for my twice a year cleanings. Incredible, diverse, staff, quality and efficiency of treatment, and makes visits feel like a true human experience and not a transaction. Thank you!

My daughter and I enjoyed our first visit here. Our new patient cleaning and x-rays were done easily and efficiently. Dr. Singh and the staff here were both friendly and professional. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We appreciate the caring service that we experienced.

My experience with Dr. Donoso, dental assistants Chantelle and Rubi, and front staff was spectacular. Not only were they quick and professional, they provided the best dental care I have received. Administratively, it was seamless. My treatment was painless. The conversation in between was equally pleasant. They were considerate of me as a whole - from density to finances. I would absolutely recommend Salt Lake Modern Dentistry to anyone wanting excellent care!
