Hi, I recently received treatment for my teeth with Dr. Thompson and his fantastic Staff! I felt like my teeth were beyond repair. He looked closely at my mouth with the latest technology and then with my husband and I, we discussed options. The Receptionist, Stephanie, was very helpful in getting me in for appointments. Annette and Melissa, the Chairside Assistants, were cheerful toward me, even during a couple of extensive procedures. Felicia, the Finance Manager, was Awesome to counsel with and very understanding of our situation. I look forward to being treated by the Hygienists; Coy and Kathryn when I come in to get my teeth cleaned. I wrote down their names on my latest visit because they ALL call me by name whenever I come in. I am almost at the end of my crucial needs care, and I look forward to doing more routine maintenance visits. I have noticed his "regular" care level patients, are calm and happy as they come in for work to be done.
