Highly recommend staying away from this place. Have been coming here for years with no issues but have started having major issues with them not being able to file claims with insurance. Found out I had a year old bill that I didn’t know about until I came in for an appointment and they basically strong armed me into paying it right then. I come in every 6 months why did the year old appointment not get paid but the one i had 6 months ago go through just fine? And now my wife has a mystery bill that I get a call about at 8pm??? Who calls to collect a dentist bill at 8pm when we have received no notice or anything about it. So after very clearly confirming with them making sure they accept her insurance all of the sudden they don’t and we get stuck with the bill because of their mistake. We wouldn’t have come here if it wasn’t covered by the insurance!! Anyways yea this office has just caused us a painful head ache and that lady in the office is honestly really rude and always has an attitude. I honestly hate to be the one to write a bad review like this but it looks like another person left a review about the same problem so if this helps save someone else from a headache it’s worth it.

I have been seeing Dr. Gilbert for 30 years. He is a wonderful dentist. However, I have had an insurance nightmare with his office staff over the last few months. Would not recommend since he will be leaving his practice and retiring. We will be taking our business elsewhere and hopefully find an office that is capable of running insurance properly, contacting us (never received a phone call and only 1 threatening letter/statement by mail) if there is an issue and not sending threatening letters saying "we bill the insurance as a courtesy to our patients". "if not paid in 30 days we will send your information to our attorney or collection agency". They do not value their long time patients and that is very disappointing.
