Dr Henderson is incredible!! I have a lot of experience with dentists, unfortunately, and he is exceptional! Their level of service coupled with his experience, is phenomenal. We are new to this area and a friend referred us. The best referral in a long time. This Dr is top notch!! When my husband and I moved to St. George we were happy to find a good dentist. That was five years ago. Unfortunately we will be looking for another provider. The issue we have with Dixie Dental is billing. My husband went to have a filling replaced after it had fallen out. When he received the bill he was charged for a two minute exam and double charged for an x-ray. The explanation given by the office staff was first, the dentist had not seen the tooth. Secondly even though the technician botched the x-ray, two x-rays still had to be taken. When my husband went in for a cleaning he talked to the office staff who refused to credit any portion of the bill. It seems to us that a loyal customer would be more valued then a couple of bucks.

I have seen this dentist several times in the past for minor dental work.In 2021/2022 went there for a bigger dental work.Henderson never communicated properly all and best options available in my complex dental needs situation, before the extractions started.Through assisted staff they pushed multiple extractions within the same day.The sedations,extractions were more painful, than I have done elsewhere in the past.No one ever called me to see if I am OK after the same day multiple extractions.Simple single root extractions, I found out, I were billed as a surgical extractions at higher rates later.While sedated for one tooth, the root next to it wasn't removed, requiring another sedation later on.Poor planning.Bone spurs were left in my mouth.I have cancelled a denture being made half way as being very unhappy with this dentist's work.They never bothered to say an apology at least, and only partially refunded the fees for a prepaid denture, that was never made.Instead of office billing tricks,my advice is, work on your dental and people skills.Not dentist, I would ever recommend.

Dixie Dental is amazing! With my dental insurance coverage ending in two days and no available appointments at Dixie Dental before that time, Brandon and his team stayed and worked through their lunch hour to provide significant work to my teeth. Their generosity provided me the opportunity to get work completed that would have gone untreated had I been 100% financially responsible without insurance to negate out of pocket costs. I recommend Dixie Dental to everyone for their great work and even greater care and dedication to their clients.

I went to Dixie dental a couple of weeks ago and I have not stopped telling everyone I know how great they are!!! Sometimes dentist can seem like used car salesman focused on big bills but it is so refreshing to sit down with a good honest dentist that breaks down what your priorities are and how to take care of them Doctor Henderson is hands down the best dentist I have ever gone to.

Idk how this place has 5 stars. I had the worst experience at Dixie Dental in St George, Utah. I was visiting friends and had to get a tooth fixed and the shots Henderson gave me were unbearable!

We were referred to Dixie Dental by a Dental implant specialist in Southern California we are working with. As many of us in this area are heading over to Encino for the Sargon implants, we need in between services here. Dixie Dental was very accomodating with personal wants and needs while we worked with multiple dental offices. Go here. You will know you are in the right place at the right time as soon as you walk in. Definitely on the upscale side of options in St George. Cheerful. hopeful and accomodating tone to the office, everything you really need to be feeling when you enter a dental office. Top of the line equipment and very professional staff.

This was our first time to this dental office. The staff was so nice and got us back in a timely manner. I felt like the dental hygienist that worked with me took her time when cleaning my teeth. The hygienist and dentist talked me through the whole procedure so I knew what services were being done. Overall, I felt like it was a great service from the front of the house to the back!

Loved the staff everyone was super sweet. Cleaned my teeth really well, made me feel really good. Excited to go back!!

I am very pleased with the level of service I was provided here. The staff was very friendly from the front desk to the back when getting a cleaning. Everything was explained to me before it happened( even though not necessary). I was continually checked on while getting a cleaning to be sure I wasn’t in any pain or anything. I will get all my dental needs done at this office. Thank you

We have had a remarkable experience with Dr. Henderson & his staff for over 8 years. The staff always friendly & professional. Dr Henderson has been compassionate and the one time we had a teeth issue beyond his abilities he referred us. The office is exceptionally clean and all their procedures make me feel like its clean and professional. We have transitioned 2 of our children from a pediatric dentist to him and they've enjoyed the experience as well.
