Has been our dentist for 20 years!. He is compassionate, does gentle work, friendly, listens, educates as he goes, lowest intervention possible to still get the problem cared for, has helped me after hours a few times. I have some rough genetics and calcium problems so I've had several teeth crack and many cavities. I had to get several root canals which I didnt even know were considered a big deal because Dr. FREIS work was so effortless, but Ive had friends say "i had to get the day off because, you know I had a root canal done." Or that their dentists wouldnt do root canals. I have a daughter with a low pain tolerance and some anxieties and they were so good with her! Made special recommendations for her and listened. Michelle at front desk would do anything for you and remembers amazing details about insurances, family needs, etc. . I recommended Dr. FREI to my mom who had tooth pain but no dentist here. They quickly identified an abscess and got her where she needed to go. I dont know if he does cosmetic dentistry, (where a lot of money is). Like I said he is lowest intervention possible with me so if you want the cosmetic, you might call their office to find out. I highly highly recommend him to everyone I know. 20 years is a long time to be happy with a professional.

I had a problem with a molar and Kyle Frei didn't do anything about it during my visit. When I complained, I went in for an appointment and he pulled me into his office. I explained that I thought I needed a filling. He showed me on an x-ray that there was already a filling, and started acting snarky about the fact that he knew I had a filling. I told him I didn't care whether there was already a filling, it just didn't feel right, and he basically told me there was nothing wrong with it. I took his advice... then paid for it later. Eventually I had to go to another dentist for a root canal. I tried to go back once for an urgent issue, but the lady in the front office was completely rude and wouldn't take me in. I found another dentist (Tyler Utley), who took my appointment after hours; he was awesome and friendly. I've told everyone to avoid Kyle Frei ever since.
