I’m picky with who I see but Dr. Goold excels I’m so many ways. Great Dentistry and he explains procedures thoroughly. It’s really cool to hear his travel stories too. Definitely recommend him to all my friends

I have been going to Gentle Dentistry for over 15 years since I moved to St. George. Dr. Gregerson was a thoughtful collaborative dentist, always communicative and gentle with my sensitive teeth. As Dr Gregerson moved to retiring and Dr Evans came into the practice I experienced him as a dentist who embodied why the practice is called Gentle Dentistry and had excellent experiences with him and Marilyn was an incredible front desk manager always kind, patient and helpful. Unfortunately I will no longer refer anyone I know to use Gentle Dentistry due to the recent lack of patient care and lack of trauma informed care that was experienced led by Dr Goold and the staff who showcased a striking and alarming inability to work with people who have had trauma in their life. Not just trauma or anxiety for dental visits but complex ptsd, which makes it difficult for ptsd patients to receive adequate medical care because of how hard it is to get someone who has had trauma to come in and get these appointments done. In an attempt to create collaborative care I found their was little communication between the staff, no one was up to speed and I had to keep flagging and saying the same things about this particular case over and over again which showed little care to details that could have made this experience more comfortable and less flooding. It is incredibly disappointing how Gentle Dentistry handled this whole patient situation and lack of patient care and the lack of trauma informed care that transposed. Appointments that were incredibly important to maintain were moved without thought or consideration to the difficulty of this case even though this was flagged as a big concern multiple times. There was a “deal with it attitude” by the staff and little workability and understanding as to why maintaining set appointments were so important. Tiffany was amazing! She was very thorough and took time to assure I knew what was going on and even took it a step further to educate me on what each required treatment was going to help. Nothing but good things to say about my experience at Gentle Dentistry. Thank you Tiffany!

Not happy with how my teeth are not on center. The dentist said they are not off center very bad but I have people ask me about it all the time. Very Embarrassing.

Been going to Gentle Dentistry for years…The staff is great and Dr. Evan’s is a true gentleman.

Such a nice office staff and Dentist’s. Not pushy , but consulting on possible work that may need to be done. Very impressed!

Did not tell us until AFTER the cleaning that our insurance isn’t covered there anymore. They could have told us before the visit but no, no heads up, no letter or anything like that saying that they had dropped our insurance. Instead we get a “that will be $200” FOR A CLEANING? Could have gone elsewhere and got a cleaning for free. Just a tip- have your receptionists tell patients about how much the visit will be BEFORE the appointment. Sounds like another person had this same experience. Just goes to show that not everyone got a “letter” with a heads up.

My experience the first time I went was very positive. They accepted my insurance. My husband went two months later and got a cleaning. They made him pay over $300 for cleaning we could've had close to free elsewhere. They dropped our insurance and didn't let us know. I have an apt.next month and they havent called to let me know they dropped our insurance. Very disappointed!

Gentle dentistry is one great place! The real perfected my smile and made it very white!

First time attending Gentle Dentistry. All staff was very friendly and the process was quick. They do live up to their name: Gentle. I had just a routine cleaning, but there was minimal discomfort. Mandy was the hygienist and did a great job. The dentist was very friendly and took the time to get to know me. They seem very knowledgeable, they use high quality equipment, and it worked well with my insurance. I’m planning my next dental appointment here!

I have been coming to Gentle Dentistry for decades and I have never had an experience that wasn't gentle, kind, knowledgeable, and professional, with the added benefit of really enjoyable personalities. Dr Evans, all the Dental Assistants and Office Assistants have never put me under any pressure. I have always received the truthful straight honest facts about my treatment plan needs with options, if available, so I can make informed decisions. I’ve had root canal’s here, I’ve had an implant here and I’ve had cavities done here. I can’t name one time I been here and hated it. The customer service is absolutely amazing, the staff is amazing and Dr Evans is completely outstanding! I love his work and would totally recommend this dentist for anyone looking for great quality work!!
