I never had a dental office charge to cancel a appointment! And they would not let make a appointment for my kids cleaning because the Insurance wasn’t paying them on time. After I called my insurance I found that office did not enter the correct code to get paid. I don’t believe that the rating is correct I know family members or staff can make it look like it’s a 5 star. This is a terrible place.
