As someone who is extremely self-conscious of their teeth, I've always been apprehensive of showing them to people who look at teeth for a living, haha! Growing up I was taken to the dentist maybe 4 times so I've never really known what to expect. And now, as a young adult, my first dentist visit was for tooth pain resulting in a root canal, not to mention needing other teeth pulled, and several fillings. Needless to say, I was feeling pretty bad about myself, and very nervous. However, the office has always been clean and inviting, and I always look forward to getting one of the rooms that has a bird feeder outside the window. (So cute!) It's easy to feel comfortable and safe, and the effort they put forth to achieve that is evident. The staff at Riverside Dental are not only quick and efficient, but are so kind and reassuring. I'm so appreciative of both Dr. Roundy and Dr. Stevens for not only helping ease the pain from my teeth, but also making me feel better about my situation and more motivated to take care of my teeth going forward :)

Hands down thee best dentist anywhere around. I’ve gone through a lot of dentist before I found Dr Steven’s He’s super gentle and talks me through the hard parts. I’ve got super complicated teeth and he’s created a long term plan to make sure I’m set for life. Literally can’t say enough good things about these guys!

My first appt. The ladies working at the counter were so sweet and happily greeted me. The assistant came out to get me within about 7 minutes. After I was in the chair, I received my xrays and within 5 minutes, Dr Roundy came in. We discussed my symptoms. He throughly explained my issues. I definitely have a new dentist! This facility has two offices, both are very convenient for me to get to. I would recommend this group for children and adults.

My appointment time, is my start time, consistently at Riverside dental. If my appointment is at 10, they begin at 10, or shortly thereafter. In contrast- I’m waiting for another appointment right now (different medical office NOT Riverside dental) and I’ve been waiting for 45 min. This makes me appreciate the prompt service at Riverside dental even more!

Riverside dental is either negligent or dishonest. I was informed Riverside dental would no longer be part of my insurance via mail. I called Riverside dental to cancel my upcoming cleaning appointment, and they assured me I would not be charged out of network fees and convinced me to keep my existing appointment. I decided to keep my appointment and went to have my teeth cleaned. When I left the office I paid all balances, happy with my experience. About a month later I received bills from both my insurance and an additional bill from Riverside dental, I called my insurance, and they told me since Riverside dental was out of network I was being charged more. I tried to explain to my insurance the situation, but they told me there was nothing I could do except to try to call Riverside dental. So, after I called Riverside dental explaining my situation, but they told me there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation. In short, Riverside dental misguided me on how much I would be charged previous to my appointment, despite my best efforts to ensure I would be charged as in Network, they chose to be disingenuous about their billing and prices. I feel as though if you need a dentist, this practice does a good job, but if you want an honest dental office perhaps look elsewhere.
