Awesome staff had an appointment at 1 and I didn’t even have to wait. It was wonderful. Very friendly and always explains what’s wrong and if nothing they won’t make something.

I feel bad for leaving this review but I feel like it needs to be said. I asked for them not to drill alot of my tooth and was pretty concerned/worried about it and come to find out they drilled a little more than half of the good tooth out for a smallish sized cavity. I was never shown X-rays or told about other cavities or anything. Another incident occurred when the numbing needle went so far down into my cheek, I felt it go to the very bottom of my chin and when I was trying to let them know to pull the needle out, they just kept shoving the needle in further. The bottom of my chin was very tender for more than a week. Other than that, everything else went good.

I HIGHLY recommend bright smiles. They are amazing. I had horrible tooth pain, I couldn’t even sleep at night and cried because of the pain. But Dr. Kim was so kind and understanding he took the time to stay after closing just to help fix the problem. He did an wonderful job and saved me a lot of misery. I want to shoutout to Fran also!! She stayed after closing to help too, and I really appreciate all they have done for me. I will continue to use bright smiles as my primary dentist from now on. Very amazing Dr and staff. Thank you for all the help that saved me from pain!!! 👍😃
