All Smiles Family Dentistry - Dentures, Extractions, Dental Implants, Quick Dentures

went in for tooth pain, Dr looked at xray and referred me to a specialist for a root canal since she doesn't even do them. took another 2 days of pain waiting to get in at the other place, then after the root canal, they said to go back to All Smiles for a crown to be placed on it. Took another 4 days to finally get someone to answer the phone at All Smiles just to tell me my insurance doesn't even cover a crown. Total waste of my time, could have said that in the very beginning instead of making me wait in pain for a week and telling me at the initial appointment that my insurance will cover everything!

Dr tran really made sure I was taken care of. I had a particularly stubborn absess tooth that was a back molar. It took her two hours of hard pulling to get it out. She is a Rockstar and will go no where else.

They where all very professional and very friendly. They Helped me feel comfortable and supported threw out my visit I recommend there service to anyone.

No other dentists compare to Dr.Tran. All of the staff is extremely friendly, understanding, and accommodating. I am a college student that works and they always find a way to get me back as soon as possible while working with my schedule. Dr. Tran is so kind, great at her profession, and always answers any questions or makes any adjustments that I need. I am normally tense while getting work done but she always makes me feel comfortable and taken care of. As someone who previously had a fear of dentists I highly recommend All Smiles and would give them more stars if I could!

Excellent service, and care by Dentist & staff. i had 3 bad teeth that went bad i tried a few places no luck i heart from a friend about them i called i was seen that afternoon. They came in early next morning @ 7:00 am to do 3 root canals. Every day i was called checking up on to see how i was doing. a have another appt this Saturday ( her day off to do a big job ) i will let you know how that goes best choice of you need anything done call

The staff here is so nice! I’m always greeted by name whenever I walk in and I have been going here for years and have never had any issues with them. I was a difficult patient because braces didn’t work for me and Invisalign was complicated with my teeth but they never gave up and offered me the best care. They easily adapted to my needs and through their efforts I now have straight teeth. Highly recommend going here, you’ll be happy with your results!

I went to All Smiles to straighten my teeth, it was at least a four year journey. Throughout all of this time, I felt that I was being greatly informed of what Dr. Tran was doing and the plans that the dentist had to make me satisfied with my smile. The staff was very interactive and genuinely involved with any questions and concerns that I had. Every time I walked through the halls to be seated in an operating room, I noticed that everything was nicely organized and cleaned. I always felt confident that their equipment was thoroughly sanitized and safe for use because I consistently saw them consciously handling objects in a way that they wouldn't get contaminated and deposit anything hazardous into my mouth. Overall, I admire and appreciate the hard work and dedication that the staff of All Smiles puts in to ensure that their patients are truly satisfied with their results.

I had a bad tooth that was infected and needed to be pulled. The wonderful front desk staff researched and was able to get the whole thing covered under emergency Medicaid and I don't even have Medicaid anymore! Dr. Tran was seriously incredible and walked me through the whole thing. I HATE the anesthetic injections, and the way she did them was almost painless. She was quick and helped ease my mind and did an amazing job. I'm grateful we found this dentist. 10/10 would recommend! We will be going here in the future

I regret getting my ortho with Dr. Tran. I would not recommend her to anyone. She insisted that she pull out 4 additional teeth (she had already pulled out 4 wisdom) I had told her that I did not want to pull out any additional teeth. She said that no matter where I went, they would tell me to do the same and dismissed me. Being young, naive, and desperate... I told her to go ahead and pull them out since I wanted to get my braces on. 2 years later, she had not made much progress on closing the gaps (granted i did miss some ortho appts) when I finally expressed how much I hated the way my smile was starting to look... she quickly got me out of her office & had the receptionist call me a few days later saying that she would be moving & that I needed to find a new orthodontist. She ended up refunding $2,500 to finish my ortho somewhere else. Upon getting a second opinion, I found out that the gaps may never close, I was devastated! Dr. Tran wrote up a contract that she would pay for a crown/implant if the gaps did not close. Needless to say... my smile will never look the way I once hoped. Avoid her work at all costs, do your research, and ALWAYS get a second opinion before pulling out any teeth. Unfortunately I learned this the hard way.

*update* 2 years ago I got my braces treatment completed here, after about 5 years of having them on. 5 years. When I got them off the bottom weren’t even completely straight. When i’d come in to get my braces tighten, it would always be the same thing over and over again. When I would ask how long I have left with the braces they would simply reply “can’t give you a time estimate but your close to being done.” I got the same reply for months and months. The Dr would always do a quick & easy job when tightening the braces. They would never push me to wear the rubberbands I got maybe twice during the whole treatment. And I know with orthodontic care it is strongly pushed to do so. Not saying that I didn’t wear them but they would never ask how I was doing with them. One time I went in for my semi annual teeth cleaning & check up, the assistant who was helping me at the time did such a quick & horrible job. She drilled down into my gums with the water jet so bad that she wouldn’t even apologize & I was obviously in so much pain because I would need to sit up to take a few breaths & my gums were bleeding more than usual. Again the assistant didn’t care. They always had new assistants every time I’ll go in. I felt like the braces treatment was going on too long so I decided to go to another orthodontist. Even the new office I went to told me the treatment wasn’t going anywhere and it would be another 2 years. When the new office tried to contact All Smiles for my file, they immediately declined and contacted us. They told us we HAVE to complete the treatment with them because everything was already paid for, including the retainer. And so I did. About 2 months later, I got the approval to have the braces removed. They still made me pay 200$ for 2 plastic retainers (top & bottom) that were supposedly already paid for in the beginning but still made me pay. They didn’t even offer if I were interested in permanent retainers, which I was mostly wanting. I’m posting this no

I love this dental practice. Appointments are easy to make, great staff, and Dr. Stevenson is fantastic. They are always innovating and provide the latest and greatest dental care.

My daughter and I are longtime patients of All Smiles Family Dentistry, because we appreciate the care and individualized attention we receive. The office and treatment areas are homey and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxed. Dr. Stevenson and the staff do a wonderful job explaining things, and they offer great advice.

I am disappointed in Dr. Trans patient care and poor bedside manners. One star is for Hannah, if she wasn't there I wouldn't want to put any stars up. Hannah is kind and listens and is good at what she does. If you brush every single day but only floss about twice a month and your teeth look bad like mine don't go here. I was told it looks like I'm an opiod user and all my ideas of why my teeth look that way were wrong in her eyes. I wish she would have tried to get to know me, it would have helped how she treated me. I'm all about change and motivational speeches. I know being a health care worker can be hard but I promise if you use optimism and kindness people are more likely to change. I highly recommend Grins for everyone in Riverton, they have 5 stars and my husband loved them. I went to All smiles because it was close to where I worked and am pretty disappointed I did.
