Stowe Family Dentistry

The Stowe Family Dentistry scheduling dept has now wasted at least 4 hours of my time and plenty of gas, by scheduling me for appts on days that the ortho team isn’t even in the office. If there were another dentist nearby taking new patients I would be long gone. The only reason I’m not giving them 1 star is because the hygienists, dentists and ortho staff are always incredibly friendly and very professional. VERY FRUSTRATING. I don’t appreciate having my time wasted.

Loved it, after my experience I just decided to be their patient for any dental service I need from now, I would advise anyone who needs dental care…

I went here today and had 3 fillings done. Chelsea is a great dentist, and pain free. Everyone in this office is super nice. I moved here from Dallas,Texas last December. I am so glad I found this place. It's better than any I have been to in Dallas, and a whole lot friendlier. I highly recommend this place. And this may sound weird, but I can't wait to go back in 6 months.

I am vacationing in Stowe, and had a dental emergency. By chance I stumbled accross Stowe Family Dentistry and feel fortunate. The quality of care was superb, the environment clean, masks worn, and I was able to get in the same day I made an appointment. Thanks to the wonderful staff and Dr Joe.

After more than 15 years of living in Vermont, I finally chanced upon Stowe Dentistry. The campus is easily accessible, has ample parking and the building, relatively new, provides dynamite views of mountain vistas. The offices and facilities are ADA compliant. My wife and I are both patients and have never had an unpleasant appointment. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful; check-out and payment is efficient, easy, and reasonable. The hygienist is thorough and gentle and offers sound advice on keeping plaque build-up to a minimum, and how to maintain healthy gums. And the dentist is terrific! Never a bad outcome with Chis. The last crown he put in was completed within an hour or so because they have the technology on-site. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending Stowe Family Dentistry !

Had a wonderful experience at this office. During our visit to Stowe, my son experienced an issue with his permanent retainer. We were able to schedule an appointment for the same day, and were so impressed by the friednly staff, and super modern, clean, warm and inviting office. The dentist (sorry, dont recall name), was so gentle and thorough. She made my son , who has very sensitive teeth, feel very comfortable . Thank you!

I’m from out of town and when my bonded retainer bent, they fit me in right away and didn’t even charge to patch the glue! Very cute lobby too.

In the past several years, including multiple dental issues both simple and serious, my experience with Stowe Family Dentistry has been wonderfully positive in all respects........from the greeting at the desk, to exceptional dental care, even to paying at the checkout..........all very professional, friendly, caring, and leaving me with a feeling of family. I have no reservations in highly recommending Stowe Family Dentistry.

I'm looking at this dentist practise based on a close friend's god awful experience with receiving bills on every visit to this practise, but NEVER given an explanation of the charges. This raises a lot of questions of what sort of scam this place is running?? As a 'professional practise', you don't deam it fit to provide an explanation of bills you send out ESPECIALLY when you're asked several times for it, Really??? I will never visit this place and anyone reading these reviews should ensure they don't get into the trap of being sweet-talked into visiting it by the reviews of those who(if anyone reads the reviews properly, talk about the dentists and not the staff and horrid finance department- if there is one) And to the DENTISTS: you should be aware your reputation includes all the people that work at the practise, not just your work on people's teeth. Professional and renowned dentists have EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL staff!

Your waiting room is extremely clean, inviting, spacious and child friendly. Nice chair to sit in and for me personally, they were very easy to get into and out of.

The Doctor, his assistant and the person doing the cleaning is outstanding in every way. Imaging being in the chair for two hours and have a positive experience. Thank you all, really, Joe Russo

Everyone is very friendly and informative. I have never had another dentist that actually explained and showed me the issues they were seeing to help understand where the issues were and what I could do to improve it. Thank you all very much for all that you do.

Today I got a bill in the mail from Stowe Dentistry for $75.00 a missed appointment that I never set up. We have been going to Stowe Dentistry for over 20 years, and never once did anyone ever say you will charged for a missed appt. I called and cancelled the appointment the day they left a message. Not happy.

I love going to Stowe Family Dentistry! My hygenist (Bonnie) is super friendly and SO gentle - they definitely don't believe in beating up your mouth in the name of a cleaning. The receptionists are always warm when you walk in and billing is super sweet. Dr. Chris is always educating while he looks at your teeth and I always learn something new. The practice itself if high-tech and clean. Highly recommend!

Emily and Chris did a great job putting on my ceramic crown. Informative, efficient, highly skilled, never any pain during the procedure. Tooth feels natural to my mouth. I’m very pleased with the work. Thank you Emily and Chris your a great team.
