Terrible place! I went there for a cleaning and I was denied care. This is the second time it’s happened. I have never heard of this ever. I asked why and the hygienist got really defensive/rude. They do a whole bunch of weird stuff. It’s a very pretentious place. Don’t get fooled by all the bells and whistles. They are a cash grab. Absolute SCAMMERS. They even give you some sort of “comfort menu” that’s used to essentially profile people. They prefer certain kinds of patients. They want to know how much money you have and how much you are willing to spend. They smile and act nice but in reality they do not care about their patients. All they do is up sell! Don’t even get me started on their nasty front desk folks! Stay away!! For anyone who also suspects shady practices by these folks. You can file a complaint. You can complete the online form or send the completed form by email. You can also report them by phone.

They sent me two texts appointment reminders and when I was at the dentist chair that told me they made a mistake with my appointment and it should be next week. So I had to leave. I moved working meetings ro be free… I guess patients time is not as important ad the dentist time… Ridicoulus.

I had my appointment last week and such a nice and warm experience it was! The Hygienist , Doctor, receptionist all are so nice and experts in their job. The office was spec less clean, technically/technologically exceptional and the tests and reports are very well explained. I love the transparency. They really take care of you as a patient.
